Hors Piste arranged for our extended family to stay at Jambiani Villas at the end of our safari--what a great plan! Our beachfront villa had a pool, was immaculately clean, and was well maintained with air conditioned bed rooms. The staff served with efficient kindness, and the food was wonderful. Quiet, Clean and Very Spacious.

The property was exactly as described, on the beach, clean, peaceful and with amazing staff. We were greeted by Temayani who looked after us from when we arrived ( early) to getting our room ready as soon as possible and then arranging a generous late check out. Jambiani villa ( Kusini) is a beautiful 3 bed villa on the jambiani beach , which is situtated on the southeren side of Zanzibar , its calm and oeacful there ideal for families .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal and the shows spectacular. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Jambiani Villas to all.

Had an amazing stay at Hekaya for 3 nights. The rooms, property, service, staff were amazing. The view from the room was the big reason to book this stay, and I was not disappointed at all. Great location right on the beach, good service and friendly staff. Not many rooms so quiet, but has everything you'd need. Food especially is very good, all fresh produce with a different menu each evening, usually featuring the catch of the day. Recommended!

A wonderful beach experience on the east coast of Zanzibar. The villa itself is set in a small but gorgeous garden, beautifully maintained by John, the gardener. It fronts onto a long, beautiful beach, safe for swimming and with plenty of boats that will take you snorkelling etc. There are several seafront eateries where pole pole is embraced. As a solo traveller, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect retreat. The peaceful surroundings, gentle ocean breeze, and quiet beaches made it an ideal place to relax. Our trip was a fantastic journey into wilderness and pure nature. We had spend a wonderful week with great outdoor activities and exploring the whole island. The staff was very welcoming and warmhearted. We enjoyed snorkeling, tidal walks, forest trails, crab walks and a lot more while learning more about ecological subjects. Tropical paradise with awesome snorkeling, monstrous crabs, and beautiful birds. Staff were warm and lovely. A day trip is possible, but definitely stay overnight, if only for the Coconut Crab walking tour. They’re nocturnal.

Amazing place. You are one with nature. Such ecological lodges, minimal guests, it's as if you are alone on the island. We spotted sting rays, sharks, star fishes and many many more. The hotel was in a prime location, very close to everything. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helped with all of our needs including booking a tour to visit the falls. The rooms were large and I enjoyed how each one was its own entity. It was fantastic waking up and seeing monkeys roaming around the open space outside.

The quilt and pillow have a strange smell. The bathroom is relatively clean. The facilities and equipment are not new, but they can all be used normally

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. One of the few places that felt human. The service was so warm and friendly unlike many of the other places I've stayed in Zanzibar. So charming, peaceful and beautiful. It felt like staying at home.

It's located in urban centre near large shopping malls (Mlimani city) and the transport system is well suited for movement to any part of Dar es salaam city.

This hotel was the base hotel for Altezza Travel Kilimanjaro trek. The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. We had to change our flight home, and they were awesome, making sure we had a room to stay in while we sorted flights out.

I went to Aishi Machame at the start of this year before I went on my Kilimanjaro expedition with Altezza Travel, and I absolutely loved the place.
