Bhumlapa Garden Resort in Bophut

Very run down, off the main road.
We got there and were the only people there and decided to leave.
The owner said he would refund us - we paid for 5nights and agreed to have 3 nights refunded. This did not come through.
Not a very nice part of town / stay down closer to fisherman village / much nicer atmosphere and right in the beach.
The manager (not the owner) was actually very helpful and friendly though.

Ne rekomenduyu, I do not recommend!!!

The sceptic tank on our bungalow was blocked the smell was vomit inducing. We had booked 4 nights and they offered us different rooms but only for one night at a time , so changing every day till we left .which was unacceptable to us. We checked out straight away and booked the Bandara resort just down the road. Avoid at all costs.

Owner not friendly

Rested with my family in March 2018 (me, my wife and two children). I do not like to write badly. But we survived the month of living there with difficulty. The only plus is that you could sleep at night by turning off the air conditioner. Lots of vegetation. Houses in the shade. The rest is just minuses .. 1) I treated it with a special tool - a bunch of dead cockroaches in the morning 2) The water in the tap was often yellow. 3) Water in the pool - it is not possible to swim. Eyes open in water is not possible. 4) In the evening at 19:00 the pool light was turned off - in the evening you will not sit by the pool. 5) After 20:00 you can’t make any noise at all 6) They asked for a baby cot and a normal mattress - they could not provide it. They put some kind of creepy cage with a blanket without a mattress. I had to look for the bed and the mattress for children. 7) For the kitchen, they gave out 1 broken knife and a couple of crooked plates and forks .. In general, I can't describe everything ..
The owner is an elderly Chinese. This place is suitable only for his peers. I highly recommend for young people and for families with children. Fuck up the whole impression of the rest.
