Great pool and good breakfast.
The only downside is the loud neighbors near the pool in my room; I could hear them very clearly. When I contacted the staff, they resolved the issue fairly quickly.
The service is unobtrusive, the grounds are spacious and well-maintained, and the main pool is clean. The breakfasts are delicious, and parking is free. The location is convenient and close to everything.
However, a few areas need improvement. The gym facilities are outdated and poorly equipped, which may disappoint fitness enthusiasts. The breakfast offerings are lackluster, with limited variety and coffee that was unfortunately too bitter. Additionally, the hotel should oversee the activities desk more closely. One staff member was promoting and selling trips that did not match their descriptions, which can lead to guest dissatisfaction.
Overall, Samui Buri is an excellent choice for those seeking comfort and scenic surroundings, but it could benefit from some updates and better oversight in certain areas.
