It's supposed to be a resort, but it isn't! The standard room I was given was horrible. Dirty, unkempt, and in some places, broken or with serious mold or construction issues. They refused to change my room. The lady (I assume she's the owner) doesn't speak any English and refused to offer me a solution.
Don't stay in this place!!! Literally, it's a scam. Completely different of the pictures they upload in the apps (I made the reservation by Agoda, and they didn't give me a solution even) for booking the rooms.

The staff, location were good. There were no problems on checking/checkout. Beach/pool aria was very nice. However the rooms were quite old. There were stains on bed linen, towels, curtains. One bulb did not work.It was quite a damp smell in the room(may be from air conditioner, which was moldy inside). There was no shower gel nor shampoo. There was quite strange crumbs in one corner I have no idea where it is from and what it is(not a sand) but the amount of it was constantly increasing

Our stay was really nice until checkout, where we were accused of stealing 1 towel. They took 1000 baht deposit during check in and charged us 400 baht for 1 missing towel during checkout. They were replacing the towels during cleaning time, while we were gone. We are not used to counting towels when we travel.. lol.. and in the end we had 7, where apparently we should have got 8.. We never took any towel outside the bungalow. The lady was obnoxious. We asked her to ask her staff, maybe someone did not bring the towel by accident. She didn't want to listen. Her attitude was terrible. It felt like a full time scam.

This place was alright. It was directly right by the sea with a nice beach front. The waves were large and a lot of fun to swim in. You cannot check in early. The room is average, furniture is dated and the bed is hard. The reception takes a long time to check out. They check the room for every cup, towel and thing in the room before returning the 1000 baht deposit. There were many families there with loud, young children who wake up very early. If you don’t like this, it would be suggested to keep looking as it seemed to be very family oriented with rooms closely connecting. It felt like we were in the middle of a family or travelling group of friends with kids. Probably would pass on staying here again as there are better located and nicer places available in Ko Phagnan.

The rooms are OK for the price, pool and Location close to the Beach was nice. What's not OK is the unfriendliest woman in all of Thailand at the reception. How she treats the costumers is just horrible and not acceptable! Her dog in the shop is also just awful, barking aggressively and no one can stop him. We would definitely not come back because of this woman! 👎🏽

Rooms are old, worn out and smell moldy. Sheets were dirty on arrival. Great location but way too expensive (60€/night) for these low room standards.

We had booked a deluxe room...we got a shabby room with a torn curtain and a ripped out light switch, a broken paper roll holder, everything taped up, no TV, not that we needed one but other rooms had one, just one bedside table and the chair had to do as a second one, 2 out of 5 lamps worked, everyone was very nice but not interested.
The manager's job shouldn't be to check the rooms to see if anything was damaged when checking out, but maybe to see what's broken in the deluxe room.
If I'm going to pay for a deluxe room, I want to get a deluxe room otherwise the price/performance ratio isn't right.

Our Check out in the booking was at 12:00, they started to knock aggressively against our hotel door at 11:05 o clock and when we told them our check out is at 12:00 they just started to discuss with us (even when we showed her the booking on the phone)! After we arrived at the reception at 12:00 she went to the room and said every minute she is now checking the room will cost us 100 Baht. That is not a way of managing guests, we were really upset!

The bed is in a dying state, swollen wooden parts and dust was falling from it. There is garbage and someone's hair near the bed, it smells like mold. The sewer stinks terribly 😞. The cherry on the cake is the air conditioner not working - but thank God there was a fan.
For lack of anything else, you can easily stay for the night 🙌👍

The location is terrible, it costs a million denyaks to get there, there is nothing nearby, a remote village. Not worth the money.
