I had Worst Experience..
1- They demanded either passport / 1000 baht while check-in . Even 3 star hotel don't demand that.
2 - Rooms are not at all like what are shown in pics. They are so small that you can't open your luggage on the floor.
3- Water couldn't drain properly through sink.
4 - Location is again minus. Nothing good nearby apart from 7/11 ( Beach is around 1.5km)
5 - Towels were dirty , no wand wash , no water bottles. Overall rooms Needs heavy renovation

Well you get what you pay for... The staff is nice, the restaurant is great, but the rooms are not clean.

WARNING

Stains on the walls and generally low-level.
The manager/owner (a Italian man around 45 years old) is unprofessional and rude.
After I left I tried to reach the hotel the same way I did before I arrived.
But no response, (they already got their money)
Even cheaper hotels should have some standards..

Terrible experience due to very poor management. There was almost no service, and most of the time there was no receptionist available. The owner behaved very rudely when I asked to check out at 7 AM and to collect my deposit. There was no room service and no basic amenities like water, shampoo, or tissue. The hotel is also quite far from the beach.

The rooms themselves were okay, but overall it was a bad experience and not recommended.

Great hotel, well managed by an Italian man! The owner takes an interest in the guests and is helpful serving all 👍

The staff are very friendly and welcoming; entering you pass through the TUTTO BENE Italian restaurant which sets the tone for a relaxed comfortable stay 😀

Rooms are light and aired with opening windows and small balconies. Large fridge, TV, and clothes hanging add comfort. A small room safe in all rooms. Linen is clean and mostly new. Firm comfortable mattresses! 👍 WIFI on the different floors which works reliably. Good value for money 😀

Located slightly further back from the main beach road means a calmer, more relaxing stay! Daily cleaning and well maintained; the hotel is separated and secured by card access between the restaurant.

Only minutes walking from the night markets, with a host of little Thai restaurants and street stands around. A 7 Eleven and laundry are immediately outside which is very convenient 👍

Do not go to this place, they scam you of your money, beware! Owner/staff broke the curtains while we were not in the hotel and charged us for it.
This was before the pandemic hit.

This place is very horrible, the staff is very rude and the place is so uncomfortable. The room is not what is made to be. I do not recommend at all

Im not recommend this hot and the stuff service totally is bad and after you check out you will find out alot of extra cost. Be aware of it!

A horrible hotel with a terrible staff to make you realize you’ve just paid for the worst vacation ever.

The owner is even worse. Would never coming here, unless you don’t mind being disrespected by staff and the owner. He should sell the place and let someone who knows how to run an establishment such as this run it properly.
