We stayed at the hotel in late June and early July in the building next to the pool. Our room had a balcony with a clothes dryer, two chairs, and a small table; we sometimes sat on the balcony in the evenings. The room was clean and well-maintained, first vacuuming and then damp mopping. The room also had a refrigerator, kettle, and dishes. Breakfast was average for Thailand, the same every day: scrambled eggs, sausages, two kinds of chicken, rice, soup, toast, jam, fried bread, and the only fruit was watermelon. A $50 deposit is required upon check-in; it's refunded upon check-out. The reception building also provides beach towels and beach mats, and a shuttle to and from the beach three times a day. It's a 10-15-minute walk. There are many inexpensive cafes and a market nearby. We were lucky with the weather; there was only one brief rainfall over two weeks, and there were virtually no waves. If I go to Phuket again, I will return to this hotel.

Hi everyone, I'm currently staying at this hotel. The hotel management is behaving terribly, trying to make money off of guests. They've been issuing ridiculous fines for damaging property, bed linens, towels, and everything in the room. We were charged 800 baht for allegedly burning a blanket while ironing clothes on it. So be careful, this is how hotel managers make money off tourists. I wrote to the local guide asking for help, but he's neither fish nor fowl, siding with the hotel, demanding the fine be paid. I had to contact the travel agent we bought the tours from, who intervened and contacted the tour operator's hotline. Now we're waiting for a response and a solution. The rooms are very poorly cleaned.

The 3-star hotel doesn't live up to its promise. The room smells of toilet paper. The linens are dirty upon check-in and aren't changed. There's no toothpaste or disposable toothbrushes. The balcony is completely boarded up with wooden planks. The pool has limited opening hours. The pool lights don't work. The breakfast selection is very limited and runs out quickly. The in-room safe doesn't work. The shower leaks. There are only electrical outlets by one bed, even though the room has two twin beds. The beach shuttle doesn't run every day.

We chose this hotel because it was the most affordable. We didn't need 5-star accommodations, waiters, foie gras, and so on. We only needed a place to sleep and shower, so we weren't worried. For a 3-star hotel, it's a very good one. We arrived early in the morning, completed the paperwork, but weren't checked in yet, as check-in isn't until 2:00 PM. To avoid waiting, we went out for a bite to eat, then went to the beach, exchanged some money, and returned by 1:00 PM. They checked us in without any problems, taking a 1,000 baht deposit. We chose a deluxe room with a bathtub on the balcony, as the price difference with standard rooms was literally a couple of thousand. As it turned out later, the room with the bathtub on the balcony wasn't even worth it. We filled it once the entire time, and that was on the last day, just to be polite, so we didn't rent it for nothing 😁 On check-in day, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom, which we had to douse with boiling water. Some neighbors in other buildings and rooms had the same story, but this is Thailand, you have to be prepared for critters. On the last day, there was a gecko. We were scared to go to the bathroom: "What if it's a snake?" 😁 Breakfasts were monotonous, but we were fine since we ate a variety of food during the day. We arrived at 8, 9, 9:30, when everything was already cold, but by the way, we ate absolutely fine; you didn't even notice that the food was not hot. Sometimes we were served hot rice when they refreshed it. Fried eggs, sausages, rice, chicken in some sauce, boiled potatoes, soup, bread in an egg, bread, jam, tea, coffee, juice, water – that was the diet. The rooms are quiet; we didn't hear any noise. Shops, fruit stalls, currency exchange offices, cafes, pharmacies, and massage parlors are all within walking distance. The beach is a 15-20-minute walk to both Kata and Karon. However, we didn't like Karon; the waves were constant, so we went to Kata instead. The hotel provides a shuttle to Kata, but we only used it once. The rest of the time, we walked ourselves. If you're leaving early for an excursion, you can order a lunch box, but it's not very good. On the day of our early checkout, we were also given a lunch box; it contained a boiled egg, juice, and bread with jam. Overall, the hotel is suitable for those who are just as simple and unfussy as us, who are looking to spend time at the seaside or on excursions, rather than just sitting around the hotel.

Okay: expectations have to be set here. The most important things: - breakfast is good enough to fuel - location is perfect with lots of eateries nearby + a laundromat and an easy walk to several of the best public beaches in Phuket - pool is clean and calm - they provide mats and towels for the beach - free shuttles to the beaches! wonderful - kettle in room - our room had a nice big balcony Now, most people at this hotel seem to be from tour agencies, so the hotel tends to be sold out. In my opinion, it’s pretty understandable why. Breakfast is not varied, but still had the basics: sausages, tea, coffee, juice, potatoes, eggs. Very clearly catered to a Russian audience which to be fair makes up 90% of Phuket. Pool is great, clean and comfortable. It has a bar connected to it but we never actually saw anyone behind it so not sure if it is working or not (heard it was! Didn’t bother checking). Area, as I mentioned, is wonderful and has so many street food options nearby + several supermarkets (where I stocked up on souvenirs haha). Free beach shuttle! Several times a day. Very very good service in that aspect. My personal major downside? The bathrooms. Cold tiles, no separation of shower and toilet (water goes everywhere), and the hot water doesn’t last for long. This was a very big disappointment because it made the rest of the room look unkempt, but this is a very personal thing. Don’t expect a Maldives experience and you will really enjoy yourself.

The hotel is overpriced for what it is. It seems to be used mainly by locals for long term accommodation. These locals were quite loud during the nights. The rooms were nice but the bed was too short and aircon old, not working properly. The reception was abandoned most of the time. Staff doesn't speak English well. The pool area is in a different hotel although close by. It was also pretty much overtaken by loud locals in the afternoon. Highly unprofessional. Breakfast could be better. The hotel does provide a free transport to and from the beaches a couple of times per day so that was a perk we enjoyed. All in all overpriced but with good potential. At this stage I don't think I'd recommend this place.

Incredibly friendly front desk, the lady helped us with anything we needed. She called and recommended reliable scooter places, trustworthy exchange desks, any directions etc she kindly helped us with every time.

Very central so you are in walking distance to the beach, kata night market, shops, restaurants, hikes etc. And you are in close driving distance to all the main attractions.

Rooms are simple but have everything you need (incl. Aircon) and are cleaned daily.

Everything about this place is great! Lots of extras, beach shuttle, towels, poop and the staff is incredible! Don't miss this place!

Its rather expensive for 1500 bath. There is a small pool jammed in between the building. Breakfast included, the staff is somewhat disciplined when t comes to orderliness, had to leave early one morning and was told off when I wanted a cup of coffe included in the mealbag. Also here there are no programs to watch on TV for tourists, no movies or international news.
