Great place, no complaints. The only thing is it's a bit tricky to find because the sign is only inside.

The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and markets nearby, and the beach is a leisurely 7-minute walk away. The room is clean and spacious, and there's a pool on the 7th floor. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there's always toast, butter, and jam in the lobby in the morning. The hotel is located on a small side street where you can have a delicious and very affordable dinner.

First of all, I was extremely satisfied with my hotel experience. The hotel was clean, and if you hung the cleaning sign on the door, the room was cleaned every day at 3 p.m. local time. The location of the hotel was very central, and I had no problems with transportation. The staff were extremely kind. The bathroom was clean, and all the necessary amenities were ready when I entered the room. I used the mini fridge without any issues. I didn’t use the pool on the top floor, but when I went to check it out, I saw that it was also clean. I recommend this hotel for your visits to the Patong area of Phuket.

Be very careful. I booked a "Superior Double XL No View" room (2100 baht per night) at this hotel. Their concept of "no view" doesn't mean the view isn't nice, or that the balcony overlooks a side street; rather, it means the balcony is completely blocked by a wall few cm disrance you can even touch. When I went to reception to complain, all they did was tell me my reservation was "no view." The next day, when I spoke to the hotel manager, I had to endure her insults. When I told her the photos they advertise for this room weren't realistic, she asked if I "wanted to see pictures with pretty girls." The only solution they offered was to move me to a lower-category room and tell me I'd have to handle any price difference through Booking.com. I feel ripped off; they shouldn't be selling this room as "Superior."

What a lovely start to our Thailand Holiday! Glad to have stayed at I'm O'tel. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming, and acknowledged us every time. Rooms and washrooms were well maintained and cleaned daily. They also provide a beach towel everyday for free. The hotel is located inside an alley and is centrally located - quite close to everything in Phuket.

The staff was also communicative and informed us well in advance about a short maintenance that was scheduled to take place in one of the rooms we had booked, so we could prepare in advance.

Not to forget Money, the sweet hotel cat, miss you!

I loved I am Otel Patong. I arrived to the hotel early, they let me use the pool and even check in early. On my last day they let me check out an hour late which was a huge help. Staff were very kind and helpful and very informative. Location is amazing, pool is super cute and the room is clean and full of all the amenities you would need. Close enough to the action so everything is just a walk away but far enough so you’re not up all night. My only concern was the smell from the bathroom but I’ve found that a lot of hotels have this issue in Thailand, that being said it was not that bad or distracting. I’d definitely return, thanks for an amazing stay

We stayed here for one night. The room was lovely and they welcomed us with lovely towel and flower decorations. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport. Thank you for a lovely stay.

You can't say this is a hotel, it looks more like an apartment. There is no air conditioning in the lobby. The rooms are ordinary but big enough.
There are many restaurants, massages, and convenience stores nearby. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Serang Plaza.
But $250 is not bad

Advantages: Good location, with balcony, in a small alley, not noisy, a 711 a few minutes out of the alley, Lanzhou Ramen a little further ahead, about 10 minutes walk to Patong Beach, the front desk girl is called Mali, very nice, you can ask her for help if you have any questions.
Disadvantages: The facilities are relatively old, the room always feels a strange smell, and no one cleans the room. A deposit of 1,000 pigs is required.
