Fantastic place to train MMA, Muay Thai and BJJ. Great location close to the beach and lovely accommodation at the gym. Special shout out to coach Steve Cooke for looking after us so well during our trip!

I’ve been coming to Superpro Samui since 2010, and every year the camp keeps getting better. My last stay in August 2025 was once again an amazing experience. The atmosphere is unique: friendly, motivating, and with a real family spirit. The Muay Thai training is top level, with Charoon and Chain being very technical coaches who share their knowledge with passion and precision. At the reception, Da is always serious, professional, and welcoming with her warm smile, which makes a big difference. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are modern and well maintained, and the whole staff is both professional and kind. For me, Superpro Samui has been a true reference for years and will remain my go-to camp in Thailand. Tarek from Paris

The water in the room didn't flow at all. No one could solve the problem because the staff only worked until 9:00 PM. There was only a security guard, so he couldn't help. In short, that night, I slept in a room with no water to use. I had to go up to the 3rd floor. The security guard told me to go down and shower in the shared bathroom on each side. And I paid 1,000+ baht for the room. It really wasn't okay.

Not good for families, it's a boxing training facilites. The first room they gave us was a complete disaster: no tv, not AC working. We had a blackout of 2h once, i did an early checkout with no refund!!

We didn’t stay here but came for the beginners Muay Thai lesson. Place is great and has a super nice vibe. The class was excellent and would recommend to anyone wanting to give it a go ! Trainers were really helpful and gave great guidance. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 teenage girls - everyone loved it !

One of the reasons I came to Koh samui was because of a recommendation from a friend, and I can now pass on that recommendation. My partner was concerned 'I' would spend our whole vacation training... 'WE' did as she LOVED it! Much to my chagrin. I wanted her to do the crossfit (she does weight training) and I could stick to muay thai which I love, someone 'suggested' she try the muay thI beginners class and now she is hooked! The trainers are excellent, each session includes a one to one with one of them, grest technical tips, and pushed me each time, with a smile. They do MMA and BJJ/Yoga as well, so something for all different disciplines/strengths, they also have kids classes too Loved it. This will be my training camp EVERY fime I come to Koh Samui, and we will be back!

Superpro is one of the complete gyms in Samui, possibly Thailand. Superpro offers anything you like from CrossFit, excellent Muay Thai boxing, BBJ, and Personal fitness training. What I like the most about Superpro are the trainers. They always have excellent group trainers and personal trainers. Superpro is a serious gym for anyone at any level of fitness. The staff are friendly and can recommend classes or a personal trainer for you. Check it out; even if you are visiting, they have great drop-in classes for everyone.

I did a one week fitness retreat here and loved it. Everyone is super welcoming, kind and patient -- and there are loads of workout options to choose from. Highly recommend!

Without doubt, my favourite gym in Thailand. Can train a range of disciplines and doesn’t have the meathead intensity of Tiger.
