We actually stayed here for a month and a half in 2022-23. The apartment has two bedrooms. A large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom between the bedrooms. Cleaning is every other day. Breakfast is included, but we sometimes cooked ourselves, which got boring. The staff is very nice and responsive. The view from the room is gorgeous. The terrace next to the room is great, large, with sun loungers, a table, and chairs. Of course, if you're going for a week, it's not worth it simply because the sea is so far away. If you rent a car and a bike, it's fine, but walking is a bit of a stretch, and the hardest part is the altitude, the climb is very steep; even a taxi couldn't get there a couple of times. But at the same time, this altitude provides a kind of coolness... Patong is heated below, and up here, the birds are singing, it's green, very beautiful.

Excellent hotel. I recommend the room with two bedrooms on the 4th floor, the room is like in a museum and the sea view is amazing. The administrator helped with renting a bike. The family is happy

I booked a deluxe suite with whirlpool bath. When I arrived I was told the room was not ready. The next day I was moved to a standard double room. When I asked about the room I booked I was told it was occupied and that the bath did not work anyway. When I checked out I forgot my charger and wash bag in the room I called them and had a friend who lives nearby go to collect them only fro them to say nothing was left in the room. Thieves in every sense of the word. The location is also terrible at the top of a very steep hill. I repeat DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Fast check-in, not in your face service, host Anasura available if any issues by phone, room/apt was huge, cool, smart TV, good WiFi, wide window/door frontage, chairs + loungers × 2, quiet, up the hill (good aerobic exercise), swimming pool, kitchen facilities for self catering. No. 6 restaurant 100m up hill and breakfast inc. eggs any style, toast, butter/jam, watermelon, tea/coffee and yoghurt. Bottom of hill 7/11 & before end on right outdoor shop selling beer anytime vs. restricted hours. Bathroom and related fittings probably due for renewal due wear and tear, decor etc. fine; no restaurant running except breakfast, but No. 6 nearby up hill.

Knocked on the door and tried to call the number multiple times. It started thunder storming so I had to book a room somewhere nearby and walk there. They refused to refund me and stated that their cctv records show that I was there conveniently after midnight, which is a lie because I had called them before midnight.

The rooms were very clean, large and well presented. The staff were always very polite and helpful, overall it was a very comfortable stay.
The hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill, so once you're out for the day you want to stay out to avoid multiple taxi fares, which add up very quickly in Patong. Only breakfast is available at the hotel, which is ok as long as you plan ahead.

Terrible location on the hill. Old room air condition broken you can't sleep there. Nothing close toiletry the pool dirty. Expensive nothing to offer. We escape after 4 day and pay 7. Go to other hotel.
