Prices are quite high, but off season you are greeted with decent prices for the room itself.
The restaurant is good, although quite expensive. Breakfast is very good and the staff is very helpful (I had a problem with a bike rental) and they absolutely saved the day !
They offer to rent the driver of a nice all new BMW 7 series, which is very reasonable priced at 4 hours for 2000thb . Considering you have a chauffeur and tuk tuk and taxi prices in Phuket go off the roof right now.
(You would pay far more if you decide to go to places far away by taxi).
The location could be better but also a lot worse! For the restaurant and the location I take away 1 Star out of a otherwise very good experience!

I took the suite with the private pool. It's clean and quiet. The food is pretty good and the staff is professional.

The hotel is luxurious but in an isolated spot... clean environment, the staff does not speak all in English.. and often do not understand, then they need superiors who speak in their place...
The prices are ridiculous... do not take extra things that cost you the double of the outer, if not three times...( a camomile, a tea or a coffee in the room 3,50 €.. on the outside it costs 1 € but there is served with biscuits).
The massages cost the same as the well-being centres in italy, while outside a few kilometres cost 1/3 or even 4 times less.
There is only one shuttle to Patong and you also need to book... but my advice is to rent a scooter ( at Patong).
My advice of staying in a hotel in the south... or if you find an offer to take this.

Amazing service they literally have almost every detail down. When we had to stay over night in Hospital and extend our stay they allowed a very generous late check out. Clean, excellent breakfast (pastries a little dry), really good strong drinks. They cna set up a DVD in ur room and have DVDs available in library. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Dream Phuket is a top modern and stylish Hotel. Here, no wishes remain open. There is a free Shuttle to the related Dream Beach Club, which enhances the Hotel. Because here you have a beautiful beach access, great sun beds and chill-out electronic sounds.

This newly built hotel deserves the 5 star ranking with design-awardable architecture. The service is great, rooms are modern and with all latest amenities, e. g. all kinds of power plugs and connection for your mobile devices to a sound system. The pool surrounded by beautiful sunbeds. Breakfast is international with everying you need like croissants, bread pudding, rice dishes, fresh fruits, etc.
The main point to come here however is the wonderful beach club, with live DJs several days a week. As a guest of the hotel you get free entry and free choice of sunbeds. Staff is so friendly. Everyone is really enjoying the latest house tunes by the amazing resident Bradley Hart. Usually they also have invited DJs like from Hed Kandi.
If you are up for the perfect sound for your beach holidays, this is the place to go in Phuket!

Rested at this hotel in JUNE, our choice fell on this hotel as had heard about the excellent beach club. Now attention!!! The beach club was closed for the period "of the season". About it was not written anywhere, no one at the reservation were not warned. By the hotel pool there was not one person, the bartender periodically came, covered bar awning from rain and left. So keep in mind that in the "off season" it will be boring. The rooftop pool is also not pleased, cold and not a soul wasn't there. If not renting a car would be very sad at this hotel. I hope in the season, it's quite different. The hotel itself is great, new, nice rooms, bed, linen. There is a nice restaurant, a corner in my opinion. Very good.
