Receptionist insisted on taking a photo of my bookings from trip.com from my phone's apps, although she has sighted my bookings from their own system and also photocopy my passport already. Good rooms with everything you need. We had a small balcony with the view over the pool and to the (not so romantic) beach. The pool area made me feel a kind of sad over the lack of charm, but the water was nice and clean like the hotel in general. The rooms are a bit old and the facilities are showing their age, but the view is nice and the service was great. There's a shuttle bus to Terminal 21, and the overall service is quite good. It was a decent stay, and I enjoyed waking up to bird songs and a pleasant view.

Nice hotel design but lacking 5 star feel. Only shampoo/conditioner combination, bathroom has weird layout and bump into door often. Shower constantly hot/cold, can’t maintain temperature. Beach front but beach is all rocks and not swimmable. I was pretty satisfied with this hotel. It's great for a vacation, with a swimming pool and a beach. There's also a shuttle service if you want to go out. However, Terminal 21 shopping mall, which everyone online recommends, really doesn't have much to see. So, I think just staying at the hotel is a good option. The hotel views are indeed great, but there doesn't seem to be much else around.

The roosters crowing were quite annoying and severely impacted my sleep. However, I must admit the hotel's views are absolutely stunning, and both pools are incredibly beautiful. Breakfast was just okay, but the room was spacious and the service was very thoughtful.

I booked family room which is actually 2 rooms with connecting room. Room is clean, big and spacious.The swimming pool overlooks the hill which is nice. Service is good. About 10 mins drive to Central shopping mall, which has plenty of options in terms of restaurants and retail shops.

I first stayed here over ten years ago and just revisited. While the hotel now shows its age a bit, its facilities and garden design are still absolutely impeccable. I'm only giving the facilities 2.5 stars because it's a Novotel, and the water kept going from hot to cold in the shower.
