This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it's just as convenient as before. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic.

This was my second stay here, and I'm still impressed. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it really convenient to get around. ICONSIAM is right downstairs, which is a huge plus. The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was warm and polite. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

Let's start with the downsides: the bathroom clearly shows the hotel's age, and the shower wasn't very comfortable. Everything else was good though – the location and scenery were decent. Thai service is always great, and the breakfast was delicious, haha!

The room on the 12th floor had a persistent rumbling noise, even with the air conditioning off (first video). Also, the toilet pipes would suddenly make a loud noise, possibly when someone upstairs flushed (second video). The staff, however, were all very enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful.

The Hilton by the Chao Phraya River fulfilled all my expectations. You get river views, and it's just around the corner from Asia's largest shopping center, with the ferry terminal right next door. The room is spacious, neat, and clean. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation making it easy to visit malls and attractions. The Erawan Shrine is just a short walk downstairs. The service attitude is very good. The mini-bar includes potato chips, peanuts, drinks, etc. Each room receives 2 free tokens per night, which can be exchanged for souvenirs on the first floor.

We were graciously accommodated at the executive floor, which is home to two bedrooms connected to a spacious living room in the center. Nice hotel. They have plenty of rooms and ballrooms, but they’re not ready to handle big events back-to-back. We attended a large event with more than a thousand people, and suddenly the check-in process became a nightmare. Hotel has a nice view of the sea and sunset. Seems like building and it’s amenities are pretty old but room service is good though. There was a roach in the room and they changed our room to upper level which was better than the previous one. If you want to spend some time to just relax, then this hotel is fine.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Airport Rail Link and BTS Phaya Thai station, making it super easy to get around. During our stay, we even received a complimentary one-day BTS SkyTrain pass valid for all of Bangkok.

The front desk staff were very helpful and proactive, even assisting me with breaking a large bill as they only had larger denominations. The soundproofing in the hotel was decent, and staying there over Christmas created a lovely festive atmosphere. Far away from 5 stars resort, solid 3 stars hotel. Very old, outdated. Old small room instead of kids club, most of the activities of the kids are with an extra fee. No private beach, no sunbeds on the beach. All the sunbeds next to the pool are taken since early morning, no enough space for these much people.

The hotel has its own beach, though all the hotels here share a connected beach area. After observing, I found that Pullman's section was the best maintained. If you're willing to walk along the beach, you can find cheap massage services, if you don't mind the surroundings.

It's a proper hotel with bath tub, separate shower, comfortable and soft slipper to body lotion. Nothing to complain for the room, check-in and amenities. Perhaps they can upgrade their gym a little? Most of the equipment have rust.

I've extended my stay for 2 nights, so everything is good in general. But the walls between the rooms are quite thin. You can hear other guests well if they talk loudly.

The rooms are massive, the staff are friendly and speak English, there’s access to the BTS (10min walk), it’s about 15-20 mins drive to the airport! What’s not to like?

Great hotel in Surin Beach area. The staff was very nice. The room decor was modern and spacious. I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. Enjoy the good coffee and soft serve daily. The multiple pools and loungers were great. Had a chance to use both gyms during my stay. A short walk to delicious Thai restaurants and massages. Will definitely stay again.
