We extended our stay the minute we saw the beach. The resort is old and has its old charm but the service is great and people are friendly and beach is just incredible and lots of restaurants options around the resort. You also have taxi service at the entrance so easy to move around. I highly recommend this place if u want to switch off and relax, very serene atmosphere.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really like the location, the grounds, the incredibly friendly staff. Nice big and clean pools. In my opinion, this is the best value-for-money hotel in Pattaya. The location is excellent, the room facilities are sufficient, and it's super convenient for dining and entertainment. It's also very close to Terminal 21.

Ibis is far from any shops or restaurants but the beach nearby is better than the beach in town which you can't really swim in because of all the rocks. It's a winner if you are coming for a swim at the beach although tbh the beaches in Hua Hin aren't great. Better than Pattaya. lol. As for the rooms they are good. Rules a bit strict regarding the balcony considering the current laws in Thailand.

The room had high ceilings, but our room was quite a walk from the main areas. The pool had too many foreigners. We'd planned for the kids to swim while we relaxed, but they said the pool wasn't very clean. You can take a boat from the hotel to cruise the Chao Phraya River, which we tried. We also checked out the hotel bar, and it was pretty good.

This hotel is a delight, I really like it. The designer's work is truly grand, but perhaps the investor's budget wasn't quite sufficient, so overall it's not as impressive as the Sanya Park Hyatt they designed previously.

Found 2 little cockroaches upon arrival. Reported it to the front desk, they mentioned they will send housekeeping to deep clean the room, if still not working, they would work something out since they were quite full. Housekeeping came just to lightly mop the room and picked up the dead cockroaches on the living room. Bedroom & toilet, nothing whatsoever. Thats the deep cleaning. Sofa full of stain...

Hotel was ok first two days. After 3rd day, became utterly disappointed. Nothing much to say. Just would not stay there again.

It was good but they need to have Fragrant in each floor especially 28th. The smell is very bad in corridor

The 2 bedrooms are really big but the furnitures are really old & the shower is broken but is worth compared to with the price
