The room was very clean and the location was excellent. The pool and bar are also great. Nowadays, hotel breakfast is a crucial factor for me when choosing a hotel, and their breakfast did not disappoint. It was very rich and varied. I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful part of Cape Panwa, which was perfect for me since I wanted to relax away from the busy tourist spots.

The hotel is at a nice beach but not connected to any other bars at the beach. The beach has no other restaurant or bars. It is quiet and perfect place to relax. No nightlife at all. A massage and pharmacy is direct across the street and some restaurants. We just stayed one night as planned.

Extremely satisfied with our Chinese New Year family trip! Our whole family loves relaxing at hotels, so the slightly remote location was definitely worth it for the low crowds, especially compared to the usual throng on Phuket island itself. There were very few Chinese tourists, mostly Europeans, Russians, and some Indians who were all quite well-behaved, unlike the noisy ones you sometimes encounter...

The rooms were like a maze. The price was way too expensive during Chinese New Year – over 2,000-3,000 baht for a hotel that usually costs a few hundred. The hotel's BBQ dinner buffet wasn't good either, and there's nothing around the area. It was impossible to get a taxi to the airport; we had to ask the hotel to call one for us. It's really far, costing 2,000 baht to get near the airport.

The rooms were comfortable, and my kids absolutely loved the pool – they didn't want to leave after three days! The best part, though, was the kids' club. The room is sooo pretty, I booked junior suite and I got the room that see the catsle truth (somthing.. can't remember name, but it's very beutiful) was amazing!. My phone has been flat and I don't have adaptor so I went to lobby, asked staff to borrow adaptor but they don't have any. The another girl nam 'Prea', she very kind she gave her personal adaptor to me for borrow! She very polite and friendly...

The Standard Hua Hin lived up to my expectations, even though I booked three months in advance. There weren't many Chinese or local guests; most were Westerners. Breakfast was good, with variety every day, and even better on weekends.

Location is great, spacious room, comfy bed, great breakfast. Service was a little slow. Everything is so great for photos and the onsite dinner is wonderful.

Lovely hotel in Hua Hin. Room was spacious enough for 2 and clean. The location is close enough to town to walk, or right on the beach too. Staff all lovely and helpful.

Robinson Khao Lak is a beautifully landscaped beach resort 1.5 hours north of Phuket International Airport. It's "out of the way" of the heavily touristed Phuket island and that's the main reason I selected it. The service is good but not exceptional. Same with the amenities. Excellent sprawling property. Well kept and with many many facilities. Veyy helpful and responsive staff. Huge beach front - excellent for bathing. If I had to find a fault then I would say that the AirCon in dining sitting area was very poor and ineffective. evena after requests it remained hot in side. Also the lobby itself in not airconditioned - it can be very warm and uncomfortable with mosquitoes...
