Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, 9/9 Moo 3 🧭 Map
The hotel is very nice. Very big room and have a two pool. Easy to walk from the room to the beach the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed to stay here and we're going back again.
3rd time staying at Renaissance Pattaya. Relaxing atmosphere and great vibes. Great variety of food for breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
I had a very pleasant stay at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa. Everything during my visit was great — from the welcoming atmosphere to the comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the peaceful and relaxing environment throughout the resort. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience...
The Renaissance hotel was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Thailand. The beach there is pristine and beautiful, easily surpassing Pattaya Beach. The sunsets were absolutely stunning. The rooms are very spacious, and the pool is impeccably clean, even featuring a jacuzzi. The highlight, however, is the hotel restaurant – the food is fantastic! I had both breakfast and dinner there...
Located along a quiet beach area. Pretty sunrise and sunset could be enjoyed. Love the plunging pool and breakfast spread. Will recommend!
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be struck by the resort’s inviting ambiance — lush landscaping, beautiful pool settings, and a sense of calm that feels worlds away from Pattaya’s bustling center. Located just steps from a private stretch of Na Jomtien beach, it’s an idyllic choice for a getaway where relaxation is the theme of the day. Service here is genuinely warm and thoughtful. We stayed at this AIYARA GRAND for 2 nights and I would certainly say the rooms were clean, cleaning staff was prompt and daily cleaned our rooms. I did not have to interact much at the reception except for CheckIn and CheckOut. We checked-out before time as we had something planned, but the checkout time is mentioned at the reception, so do not delay else there is extra charge. They have a room to...
Stayed here for a few nights. Nice place. The room was great and very clean. The staff was great and even showed me the room when delivering bags.
We stayed here for a few nights early January 2026. Our arrival was very welcoming. We were advised that we had to leave 1000 baht deposit for the room which would be refunded so long as we left it as we found it. It’s a really large hotel with I think five buildings we were in building three on the fifth floor. Our room was quite spacious approximately 45 m². The bed was enormous super comfortable...
I stayed at Aiyara Grand from 20th December to 23rd December and, as always, it was a wonderful experience. This was my third stay here, and the main reason I keep coming back is because the hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The **salt-water swimming pool is great** and really adds to the overall experience. The hotel itself is fabulous in every sense — the rooms are neat...
I come here one more time and they give me a upgrade. Thank you
Overall the hotel is okay place to stay. Easy Baht bus to either Walking Street or Jomtien area. The room is very roomy and I got the ocean view which was a plus. Two things they really need to work on: 1. The door closing sound is so loud. Guests who party and come back at 2 3am will wake you up closing the 🚪. 2 bathroom sewer smell is terrible. You leave the room and come back without an AC, smell...

Good hotel big room check in process really smooth great breakfast but minus a point about parking it never enough my have to park roadside at the curb
Good location and very clean room. Sea view is the best.
Front desk service may require extra attention, as there could be inaccuracies when guests provide and sign personal information. The facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, are located on the fifth floor. It is recommended to book the hotel’s breakfast buffet.
The room was a bit old but it is very clean. The breakfast is great.

Location is strategic. The room is spacious and very clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Kids love the water park, so much fun! Breakfast provided with variety of choices. Overall the resort is good and satisfy. Recommended to stay!
Let's be honest, over 80% of the guests at this Phuket hotel are white Caucasians and Russians. The security is quite good. This hotel is very friendly to white people, with very few Asian guests. The breakfast is quite rich and caters mostly to Western tastes. My child enjoyed it, but I imagine older Chinese guests might not be used to it. The bread is delicious, but the coffee is terrible. The Thai...
I had the most valuable time over at Phuket Emerald. The staffs are great - from the front desk, to the breakfast table and concierge, Eak - he’s very helpful! The breakfast variety is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The pool is very great for kids, though a little cold at times but it’s ok because the weather is hot. And it’s about 5-7 mins walk to the beach, cross a small road that’s...
The rooms in this hotel are spacious, but the cleanliness inside the room isn't great. The towels felt really dirty and were quite grubby. The disposable toothbrushes were the shedding kind. There's a kids' playground and a pool, but the pool has a lot of stairs, so you need to be very careful as it's easy to get injured. I saw many children get hurt, including my own child who injured their foot....
Overall satisfied with the hotel amenities and location. Will stay again the next visit.
This hotel is perfect for families. The rooms are spacious, and having direct access to the pool from the room is super convenient for kids to swim. Plus, there's a water park! It's also very close to Karon Beach and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's a good stay.

Nice hotel near the river, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
Fantastic, you can really feel the dedication in their service. All the staff at this hotel are incredibly polite and always smiling! Even though it's an older hotel, I absolutely adore its classic, opulent charm, and it's exceptionally well-maintained. They even upgraded our room and offered turn-down service because it was our anniversary. The hotel pool is amazing and gives off a great resort...
Facilities: A bit dated, but acceptable. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Environment: Has a tropical vibe.
Charming and old-fashioned, but the facilities are a bit dated. When we checked in, there was a strong smell of fresh paint from renovations, which made us dizzy. However, they did help us switch rooms in the end, which was good. If you like a vintage style, you'll enjoy staying here. There are many rooms available, and the price is moderate.
Beautiful resort, fantastic service, and plenty of options for restaurants. The breakfast is also a worthy add on. The staff are welcoming and attentive. They allow use of facilities if your flight is a bit later in the day which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend staying here, you can easily enjoy your stay by not leaving the resort and when you do, they have boat shuttle service to sathorn...
I think the hotel has good bones. The aesthetic of the lobby and the exterior of the guest rooms are quite nice. However, it's definitely showing its age. The location isn't particularly great either. If the price is high, I wouldn't really recommend it. The bathtub is old and unusable, and the dampness is quite noticeable.

stay for my husband birthday. We had upgraded room, small gift and cake. Staff are friendly. Hotel new and rooftop bar view amazing. Breakfast complimentary if book through hotel site. Location excellent. Close to bts , shopping center. We enjoyed our stay.
Amazing stay with a perfect location at Skyview Bangkok. Just a few steps (next to) EMDISTRICT huge shopping malls await. Perfect in every sense and terms! This hotel is located in the centre of Bangkok providing sights and scenes that one must not miss. We’ve stayed here twice now and the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable and a little hard to leave in the morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to help. The roof top bar is pretty cool, the Bangkok night skyline is stunning. The breakfast isn’t great here, so I would suggest heading out somewhere local or on your travels.
I treated myself to one night here whilst travelling and I was super disappointed after all the money spent on it! The room / bathroom was nice and spacious and bed was so comfy but unfortunately the air con wasn’t working so I was hot all night. The air con also leaked all night over my large rucksack. The hotel environment is really nice. Lying in the hammock at night with a breeze blowing was very pleasant. The room was okay and the view was beautiful, but I wasn't a big fan of the room's scent and it felt a bit damp. What really bothered me, though, was the service! The staff at this hotel have some serious discriminatory behavior! At check-in, the staff member said check-out time was 11 AM. An absolutely perfect experience! The hotel's design is top-notch, the breakfast was fantastic, and the bathroom experience was excellent – they provide a full set of toiletries with a subtle herbal scent. The only downsides were the construction view outside the window and the slightly inconvenient public transportation access.
Third time staying here. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great respite in a busy city. Totally dog-friendly, which is why we chose it. Amazing breakfasts and service. Free parking.Lifts get quite busy during certain hours, so guests need a bit more patience.
I've been to Bangkok many times and stayed in quite a few hotels, and this one has to be the best value for money in the mid-to-high range. It's about a ten-minute walk from Erawan Shrine, but it's not right on the main road or next to the BTS, so it's not noisy – a real urban oasis. Plus, there's a small mall right next to the hotel with about a dozen restaurants that offer good service. The hotel...

Just finished my stay at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok, and I'm extremely satisfied – definitely a five-star review! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right next to BTS Asok station. This place is incredibly rundown and old. The shower drain was clogged, so the water kept backing up. I thought I'd just stand in the tub to shower, but when I pulled the tub stopper, water from the pipes surged up from below. It was absolutely disgusting!

This was my second time staying at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok. I had just settled into my room and was about to relax when I noticed a large, rather disgusting stain on the bedsheet. The room felt a bit damp, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of luggage, and they even assisted us with booking a car.
Great spot - always friendly staff. One of the floors was a smoking allowed floor so if you do not like that make sure you make it aware. Food delivery to the room was fast and friendly
Room is spacious, comfortable and cosy. But the pillows are too soft. Location is ok, near Terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk from the hotel to the Mall or BTS station is about 8-10 minutes.

The service was really warm and welcoming, and the location is fantastic – just a 5-minute boat ride to ICONSIAM. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was pretty good. It's perfect for anyone who appreciates old-money charm.
This hotel has that old-money, classic charm. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is great too. The facilities are a bit dated but well-maintained, though the shower water was a bit too hot for my liking.
This was my second stay at the Peninsula Bangkok. While the room facilities felt a bit dated, the service was as warm and friendly as ever, and the breakfast quality was excellent. It's only a five-minute walk to Iconsiam, but getting to other parts of the city was quite congested, making it not very convenient.
Loved it here! I also compared it to the Four Seasons, and while the Four Seasons' lobby has a more artistic feel, I think The Peninsula wins hands down in every other aspect, especially the pool.
Exceeded expectations! The hotel is located right on the Chao Phraya River, next to ICONSIAM, and has its own shuttle boat to nearby piers. Although the decor is a bit older, everything is well-maintained, and the soundproofing is excellent. The service is incredibly attentive; they tidied the room and refilled ice and fruit regularly. Overall, the experience was fantastic—a great value-for-money option...

There's also a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient for grabbing essentials. Facilities: They offer a variety of room types. I originally planned to stay for only 3 days but extended for another two, and they upgraded...
Based on online reviews, this hotel had a few negative points, but I didn't pay much attention to them. When we checked in, it was a bit late, and they said there were no rooms with good locations available. We were a group of four and wanted to stay close together for safety, and we also didn't want a room at the end of the hall. The rooms they gave us were pretty close to the end of the hall anyway...
Excellent! It's a cozy little cottage right on the beach. There are convenience stores, massage places, and great food options to both the left and right. It's so much better than the other Sis hotel I booked. The comparison really highlights how good this place is, no lie!
The hotel's location is great, very close to the beach, and the overall environment and facilities are good. The breakfast is also very rich. However, the water quality was a bit poor; I had an allergic reaction after showering, so it wasn't as good an experience as the first hotel.
This is a sprawling hotel with beautifully maintained greenery, making it a pleasure to walk around the property. Just across the street, you'll find beach loungers, and the hotel itself boasts 3-4 different pools, which is fantastic for anyone who loves to swim. Our kids spent their mornings at the beach, and when it got too hot in the afternoon, they'd come back to enjoy the pools – they absolutely...
The location is perfect! Walkable to the shops nearby and the beach. The pool is also great. We enjoyed our stay here 😇

Great location and a good breakfast!
Traveling with family for Chinese New Year, the location is excellent, right near Terminal 21. There's a small night market across the street with good food; one fried rice stall has amazing 'wok hei' ( smoky, charred flavor). The hotel breakfast is also great with a wide variety, and the rooms are quite spacious. Overall, it's pretty good value for money. Just to the left of the hotel entrance is...
Hotel location is very good, it’s in the middle of Asok and Nana station . Swim pool and breakfast both very nice. I am sure I will be back.
There was a very enthusiastic lady at the entrance who gave us excellent recommendations for our trip to Pattaya. She even helped us arrange transportation for the next day, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel also has direct access to the BTS Skytrain station from the third floor, which is incredibly convenient.
The room has a lovely French style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and my child was very happy with it too. It was a really great stay!
Excellent hôtel and excellent service. Recommand the Japanese restaurant on the first floor

Booked this place last minute on my last day in Asok, and it was surprisingly good! It's super convenient, located right between Terminal 21 and EMS. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was bright and airy.
The hotel's location is excellent. EmSphere mall is a 3-5 minute walk to the right, and Terminal 21 mall is a short walk to the left. There's a massage parlor next to the hotel, and the lobby has a coffee shop with delicious cakes. The outdoor pool is large and includes a kids' pool, plus there's an indoor playground. The amenities and hotel facilities are very complete. The hotel staff were all very...
Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit offered a luxurious and unforgettable experience for our stay. The facilities were in excellent condition. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a spectacular view of the city. The breakfast at the Plates was excellent, with our variety of international cuisines, and some Thai components. The pool was great, but it was a bit disappointing that we could only...
Overall good but we booked a king size bed and they have us two singles with a gap in between, which meant we had to sleep separately and they wouldn’t change the room, really bad.
The Hotel is really nice, good location, great personnel, exceptional breakfast. The room size was great, we got room on 15th floor, we had great view over Bangkok. In total we had great experience and definitely will come back.
Repeat stay as this is my hotel of choice whenever I'm in the city on business. It's on Sukhumvit road which could be an issue due to the traffic but it puts you close to a lot of great restaurants and also it's not too far away from the highway which leads to the airport.
