No kettle was provided, so I couldn't make hot drinks. The front desk didn't offer one either. The room next door was really noisy in the middle of the night, and they kept opening and closing the connecting door.

Not worth the price

Previously, the rooms were all quite good. This time, the room I got was absolutely terrible. The toilet ceiling was completely broken.

The noise from the room's facilities was too loud, and the walls had terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear breathing from the next room and upstairs with any movement. It was really awkward.

The aircon basically is a fan and you can only switch it on/off without actually controlling the temperature. Quite noisy too.

The boiler at the bathroom would always malfunction so you’d end up with boiling hot water or with cold water (nothing in between). The bath tub was not usable cuz the stopper was nowhere to be found.

The room features a door that opens up to … a wall (never seen that in a hotel before)

I know it’s a “no-thrills” hotel, but it definitely can be better.

Only really good thing is the rooftop swimming pool that offers a great view of the skyline

The hotel service is very good, but the rooms are a bit old and the location is just okay. It offers great value for money, especially if you're traveling independently and staying for an extended period.

I really liked my stay here. From start till finish it was smooth. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms are nice and modern looking, we had plenty of space in our room. Only improvement I could say is the mattress. A bit rock hard , I mean it’s not luxury but still could be the difference on making someone’s stay better on not. The rooftop pool was lovely too. Unreal views. Would definitely recommend it here. You have all the kinds of shops beside you, bars,7/11, foods places, laundry all by walking distance less than 5 mins. I paid one night online then extended it in person. Online one night costed me £14.48 then to extend it per night costed 700 baht in person.
