Arte Hotel in Bangkok

I recently had a wonderful stay at Arte Hotel Bangkok, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the perfect location near Asoke BTS to the modern, stylish rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. However, what truly set this experience apart was the incredible hospitality.
A huge thank you to OIL for being so attentive and professional. His/Her proactive attitude and warm smile made me feel welcome from the very first moment. Whether it was coordinating details or ensuring my comfort, OIL handled everything with grace and expertise.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Quentin. He is exceptionally efficient and went out of his way to assist with my requests, making the entire stay seamless and stress-free. The dedication shown by both OIL and Quentin is a testament to the high standards of service at Arte Hotel.
The rooftop pool and the overall vibe of the hotel are fantastic, but it’s the staff that makes this place a true gem in Bangkok. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel is conveniently located in Sukhumvit, within walking distance from Terminal 21. Hotel is comfortable and basic, value for money given the location. It is also walking distance from a huge Healthland (asoke) so we could get a massage at night before we slept. Overall great basic hotel for a night’s rest. There was traffic noise though as we were on a low floor.

The hotel is within walking distance of Terminal 21 shopping mall, which makes it very convenient. The property is lovely and comfortable overall. However, the pubs next door can get a bit loud at times, and the doors are not very soundproof. If you’re a light sleeper, the noise might wake you up occasionally. That said, the room is cozy enough that I was able to fall back asleep quite quickly. The friendliest and most helpful hotel staff! Shout out to Queeny and Oil. These girls have made our BKK trip more convenient by attending promptly to our requests, giving good suggestions, arranging even the Muay Thai tickets we wanted to get.

Room size is good! You know that the room is already old but we didn’t mind this because it was clean and had everything we needed. AC working ok too. Water pressure is good. Has a rooftop pool and gym. Very good location!! Near Terminal 21 and BTS station. Around 5 mins walk or less. Lots of 7/11s nearby.

Accessible location that gives easy access to train stations and cafes/restaurants. Everything is walking distance, convenient to get to Terminal 21 and massage parlours. Facility is pretty clean and well conditioned for this humid weather. Construction around the area but didn’t bother us too much. Housekeeping was on the ball and very attentive to our needs. Would stay here again

Stayed here for the 14 day quarantine in May/June. Would recommend this hotel for quarantine. Booking process, communication with the hotel and pick up from airport all hassle free. While staying her, staff have been great. Food is excellent and the kitchen is flexible if you have requests. Room and bathroom are good size with a floor to ceiling window with a section that opens. Good value.

Had a great stay at Arte Hotel in Bangkok for our 14-day quarantine. Our Premier Twin Bed Room was very clean and the selection of meals was very good (choice of Thai, international or vegetarian at each meal time) Hotel staff were very responsive, friendly and helpful, incl. in going to buy small items for us at a nearby 7-11. I recommend a south-facing room on one of the top floors for a great view of the Sukhumvit skyline.

Excellent quarantine hotel if you like Thai food you will be happy to stay here they have 2 other options international or vegetarian, I went mostly Thai with the odd western dish all very good, the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay and help you almost immediately if you need more drinks snacks advice. The rooms are big air con is spot on comfy bed quick WiFi deep in down town Bangkok I would definitely recommend staying here.

Myself and my husband stayed for 15 nights for our quarantine period. Everything about this Hotel was superb. The staff were attentive. The food was excellent. The suite was spacious and included an exercise bike. The nurse kept us on our toes for our temperature checks! Internet connection was good enough. I can highly recommend Arte Hotel for the compulsory quarantine stay.
