Traveled with friends, and the environment was great – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. It was also incredibly convenient to get to all the shopping districts, definitely a thumbs-up! 👍 The hotel itself was quiet, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

The hotel has a great view, the pond scenery is beautiful, and the entire hotel is very photogenic. The breakfast quality is high and delicious. The service I experienced during my stay was good, and I would definitely come back again.

Facilities: Quite a lot of Thai character.
Cleanliness: Acceptable, the room size is not big.
Service: Not bad.

The environment is great, a true oasis in the city. The room is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is also quite good. The spa experience was just so-so, and it's a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station.

I've stayed at several hotels in Bangkok, including the Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, Waldorf Astoria, and Park Hyatt. After this trip, the only one I'd eagerly rebook and return to is The Sukhothai.

The hotel boasts a classic, traditional Thai style, predominantly featuring wooden structures that exude an elegant yet comfortable ambiance. The central garden offers a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a very pleasant environment, and the location is also very convenient.

The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, the breakfast was consistently good, and both the gym and pool were fantastic, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

Overall, it's my top pick for a return stay in Bangkok, and I highly recommend it.

This hotel is truly an oasis in the city. You won't realize how popular it is until you check in – about 70% of the guests are Chinese tourists. From the 20th to the 22nd, the hotel was fully booked, no rooms available. For me, the hotel met my needs perfectly; they even accommodated my request for a quiet room orientation, which I really appreciate. What could be improved? The hotel's facilities. They really show their age. The elevators are quite old; sometimes you have to swipe your card multiple times to get them to work due to poor contact. I hope the executive suites' amenities can be upgraded and that the executive lounge can be open continuously. For the price in Thailand, it's quite steep, but the hotel's interior really needs a renovation!

The hotel environment is quite beautiful, but the room facilities are a bit old and poorly maintained. The showerhead had severe limescale, and the nozzle was broken. The breakfast staff were unhelpful. We booked a club room that included executive lounge access and two complimentary laundry items. However, the laundry wasn't clean, and they still sent a bill, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it's not worth the 3000+ per night price tag. At this price, there are many other better options available.

The Sukhothai Bangkok is an absolute hidden gem. In bustling Bangkok, it's hard to imagine such an oasis where time seems to slow down and space feels wonderfully misplaced. Every detail here exceeded my expectations, showing that true luxury lies in the unseen. The Thai restaurant was delicious, and the pool temperature was perfect. Seriously, just stay here; you won't be disappointed. It's so much more refined than those run-of-the-mill rooftop pool hotels.

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with all wooden floors. The breakfast was generous and exquisite. The location is excellent; I recommend taking a taxi when you leave, as the road in front of the hotel is never congested. What's especially worth mentioning is that the hotel rooms are set back from the main road, offering a quiet retreat in the midst of the hustle and bustle, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep free from motorcycle noise. As a side note, I highly recommend the popular,特色 restaurant located on the ground floor right outside the hotel entrance. Hotel guests receive a discount on reservations. We had our first meal there upon arrival; the food was good, the ambiance was lovely, and as you can see from the pictures, it was perfect, except for the price.

1. The common areas are great, but the room itself is very run down, and the air conditioning is incredibly noisy. There's a musty smell in the room. For a hotel that costs 3000 a night, everything in the minibar is chargeable.
2. The welcome fruit provided was rotten.
3. The front desk staff treats Chinese guests differently from Caucasians and Americans. 😊 Late check-out is out of the question.
4. The public restrooms are very dirty. I've seen staff members using the accessible restroom several times, and on two occasions, there was no toilet paper inside!
