The hotel is excellent and the location is great; however, there is an issue with insufficient lighting in the rooms, and there are no power outlets next to the bed for charging mobile phones.

A Small hotel with good location. 10 min walk to Ploenchit BTS. Big rooms, clean and good breakfast. A small pool with a rooftop bar. Affordable accommodation! Nice and friendly staff.

Hotel was a 20 minute walk to the nearest BTS. Quiet and clean room. Friendly staff and easy procedure for check in and check out.

3rd stay here, situated on a quiet Soi, not far from the Nana area. Decent sized room with a large bed. Good bathroom with shower cubicle. Spacious and comfortable. Didn’t go for the breakfast option but this is available and I’ve had before and is decent. A great, well priced option, if you want a quieter Soi away from the party streets.

Stayed at the Hotel Icon Bangkok for 2 nights - the hotel is a very basic 3 star hotel (they claim to be 4 star). The hotel is located in a quiet street behind a busy area - google maps shows the JW Marriott Hotel and it is in a tiny alley way, quite difficult to locate. One of the Grab food ordered was delivered to another hotel . Won't stay ian this hotel again,

So far the experience has been good. The staff is friendly and can communicate well in English. The room is also clean and very good customer service.

the hotel room and pool are great! the breakfast was very disappointing. while the location is amazing, if you are arriving by car the hotel is on a one-way street that is hard to access, so it takes an additional 5-10 minutes to get there.

Great location, just a few minutes away from Nana BTS Station Hotel is in the quiet section of a busy street, no noises could be heard from our room (3rd floor). Bed is super comfortable an pillows are as well. Room is a good a size Breakfast is simple but good, you can order bacon, eggs and omelete. Very nice employees, booked us a taxi for our early morning ride to the airport. Would recommend!

We staid for a few days Riva Surya in November and had a great experience. Staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. We had a view of the river from our room and found the location of the hotel to be convenient to many restaurants, coffee shops, vendors and street food on Soi Rambuttri. It was walking distance to several sites.

A very nice boutique hotel on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. We had a room with a balcony and a river view. The room is spacious enough and clean. Comfortable beds with a choice of 3 types of pillows. The staff is smiling and very helpful. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Overall, it's a nice hotel. However, the view wasn't great. We had to pay a 1000 Baht deposit. The pool was only open until 4 or 6 PM, but there's a nice rooftop terrace. There was no soap in the room and no closets. Generally, there wasn't much space for a longer stay.

The room was quite small, and they didn't provide toothbrushes or slippers. The location, however, was pretty good and very central.

The location is fantastic, just a 500-meter walk to the night market and the Ganesha temple. The entire street is lined with Chinese restaurants. As for the facilities, they have everything you need, but do note that the bath bomb and minibar items in the room are chargeable and will be deducted from your deposit if used.

This hotel is well located and clean but the management showed zero flexibility. They refused modification of check in and out dates even with valid reason. Will not book with them again.

We were not surprised at the professional attention at the front desk and cleanliness of the room.  It’s expected an all Best Western hotels and they live up to it each time.

There was a dead cockroach by the shower drain and a live one crawled on me while I was sleeping!!! A big one too! There were some questionable yellow stains by the bathroom door. We asked to borrow an iron which took 3 calls and about an hour waiting. Front staff was nice to let us have an early check in and let us left the baggage. Great location. This hotel is apartment style. Good for couple in Studio and family in One-bedroom apt. There's a kitchenette in the unit with microwave, toaster and cutlery. The street outside the hotel has lots of massage places and eatery places. But do see the reviews before you visit the massage places. If you prefer a safe and clean environment, may go to Healthland nearby there.

Loved our stay here. Friendly staff that made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and fully equipped where you can cook if you want to. Walking distance to Ashok or Sukhumvit Station and some good massage parlor a stones throw away. Also nearby a few clubs and some street food stalls.

Spacious hotel rooms, well worth its price. The smoking rooms were stronger smelling compared to other hotels. Asked the hotel staff to change us to a non smoking room, they did it without any fuss. No air conditioning for the corridors. The toilets are not furnished with a bathtub.

Would be nice if they provided a "do not disturb" sign to put on the door as the cleaning staff does not give up easily even if doors are locked and even calls the room after that doesn't work. I really liked this place, lots of space in the room and even a basic kitchen with everything you would need for simple meals. Roof top pool is small but nice, laundry facilities are a little pricey as you do your own washing, it would be cheaper and easier to give your laundry to a local service. This is an economy hotel. Not a great location but close enough to the river for a cheap taxi ride. Breakfast is OK. Pool is OK. There is no restaurant and all food is microwaved. This place is nothing special.

The room was very clean, which was great. However, what I didn't like is that you usually only get one room key and one AC card. Although, we were able to get two room keys later by giving up the AC card.

I've stayed here before, which is why I chose this hotel again for my trip to Bangkok. However, this time my room was facing the street and the soundproofing was terrible; I couldn't sleep a wink all night because of the noise. Check-in, check-out, and getting my luggage all took a very long time. It was a really unpleasant experience.

I stayed at S15 for 7 days and it is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious the bathroom was huge with a shower and tub. Very pleasant hotel with adequate facilities for any traveller. Room was nice and clean but could do with some updates. Location is perfect of you are into the Silom nightlife. Overall, this hotel is great for solo travellers like me. Oh and the hotel's main concierge is super helpful and amazing!
