The hotel is located at less busy street which is more peaceful and yet the BTS station is just right in front to make it easier to travel around.

Rooms are tired and need updating. Shower dripped loudly for about 30 minutes after every use. The whole hotel needs a bit of love spent on it. This hotel is in a great location and facilities are of excellent standard. During my stay I had access to the lounge and was made welcomed by Fiesta and Tan great service and conversation thank you. Its a 5 star hotel but rooms are small in comparison to other 5 stars. However the stay was wonderful. They offered Indian breakfast which was delicious. The hotel is on main road and the metro station is very near 5 minutes walk.

This is my second stay at this hotel after a year, and a lot has changed in the surroundings. The building across the street has been torn down and is now a flat lot. However, the hotel continues to maintain its usual Marriott-level standard, with excellent service and well-developed surrounding facilities.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok but near enough to everything. 5 mins to Central World, walkable to BTS Chit Lom and Siam and there's a 7-11 nearby. The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from Central World. The facilities are also great. The only minor downside is that the room card sensors in the hotel seem to have an issue… whether it's the elevator or the room door sensor, you have to try inserting the card several times, sometimes even ten or more, before it finally works.

Great hotel in a good location. It’s an oasis of calm in the midst of the craziness of chinatown. Ended up having breakfast here each day as it was delicious and plentiful.  We stsyed in the cheapest room available. No window but very well equipped. We always enjoy our stay at Hotel Royal Bangkok. It's so so so convenient with the happenings in Chinatown just below the hotel. There is not much noise travelling into the room. We will return again to stay in this hotel. The service from the counter staff was always great.

It’s quite an underrated hotel that is affordable and yet close to the main area in Bangkok. You probably will need A 5-6 mins walk after alighting from the train station. The room is also surprisingly good, clean and modern.

Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The location is not too far from Khao San Road and the Grand Palace, and it's relatively convenient to get to ICONSIAM and the Jodd Fairs Rama IX night market. The downside is that the air conditioning in the room wasn't very easy to adjust, and it got a bit cold at night with the direct breeze. The hotel has a swimming pool, which the kids really enjoyed.

This hotel was formerly Four Points by Sheraton when I made the reservation. It became Paradox Hotel when I arrived. It is located in Sukhumvit. Hotel location didn't near to any mrt or bts station, and it quite old hotel, I'm booking 2 unit rooms, unfortunately both unit water heater also didn't working well and we have to shower with the very cooler water. Breakfast also didn't suit our taste.

Stayed in room 1315. I appreciate thailand so much, the people and the spirit. But this hotel is very poor, it smells, noisy, worst water flow in the shower, takes about 5min just to wash your head. The breakfast- be nice to keep the scrambled eggs hot. Its cold. I woukd stay in other places for this budget and it will be much better. The staff are lovely.

The check in was a breeze. The international buffet breakfast and lunch are too popular for bussed in tourists. It's also a popular venue for meetings. Dine early if you don't want to be in the midst of crowds.
