We first stayed there 10 or 11 years ago. And it was fantastic! It was our first trip to Bangkok on January 1st. We then stayed there in October 2025. The hotel has certainly aged, but it's still pleasant.

Our visit to Zayn Hotel, Bangkok was truly a beautiful memory. It is a Muslim-friendly hotel and also offers halal breakfast. Cherry and Toie were great and very helpful when they checked us in. The location is great and all staff is amazing. Beds are super comfortable and towels are also great. The only on thing I did not like was there was mold stain in the corners in the washroom.

Overall, it was pretty good. The room decor was nice, and the service was okay, just a bit slow. The hygiene definitely needs improvement. The first set of bedsheets in the room wasn't clean. I called someone to change them, and they replaced everything on the bed, which was good. However, the newly replaced duvet cover wasn't clean either.

The bathroom fixtures are really old, and there's no 24-hour hot water. There are no power outlets by the bed, which makes charging devices very inconvenient. The Wi-Fi speed is incredibly slow. The TV is just for show; there are no channels available.

It’s lovely !!I booked via BOOKING but on the way here I used Google for the taxi…..and saw so many terrible reviews that I almost went elsewhere. It’s a lovely place with spacious rooms and generally clean. I’d recommend
