Always staying this place for my trip in Bangkok. Nice staff, breakfast, big room and good location as middle of town.

Loved the stay. it was very clean, very accessible for all the attractions. Also in the walking distance of most of the places we need to visit. Specially the hotel staff is super friendly.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and hospitable. English communication was perfectly fine.

The hotel room's Wi-Fi was excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the shuttle service that takes you to the main road. However, a significant downside was that the air conditioning in the room was set too cold and couldn't be adjusted, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. 🥶

Location is great. Near to metro station, shopping malls, and night life. Has small pool and bar ay rooftop. You must be careful with your steps when entering the hotel because the lobby is dimly lit despite warning posted on the floor. The room corridors are dark as well.

The room was decent, and the service was okay. This hotel seems to be primarily for Indian guests 🇮🇳, as almost everyone staying here is Indian. The restaurant doesn't offer Chinese food, so Chinese travelers might want to consider other options carefully.

Old room feel a bit scary for me not clean enough good service

The hotel was largely occupied by Indian guests. The breakfast room doors and elevator doors were completely covered in grease stains left over from their meals. The rooms in the old building are numerous but very dated, and we even found cockroaches. The new building has fewer rooms. There's no subway or BTS nearby, so you're entirely reliant on taxis to get around, which is very inconvenient.

This is my second time staying here. The room I received this time was quite different from my first visit. It's smaller, and the bathroom is very cramped. The room itself felt tiny, and the lighting was extremely dim. There were also very few power outlets by the bed, and one side wasn't even working. My first stay here was definitely a better experience.

Best hotel in Nonthaburi. Breakfast spread was good. 2 mins walk to BTS train station and 3 minutes walk to the mall. The mall has everything you need. The food court and supermarket were my husband's favourite hangout. Just behind the hotel is a 7 Eleven convenient store. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water was excellent. Bed was comfy. Highly recommended! We will stay here again next time

The room was quite spacious, and the high-floor view was great. There's a shopping mall right across the street, which was super convenient as I was there for a fan meeting – just a skywalk away! Plus, there's a 7-Eleven nearby for easy shopping.

Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. The hotel's location is a great balance of quiet yet central, and it was super convenient for getting to all our destinations. I’ve just been reading Excellence Wins by Howard Schulze when I checked in, and I was amazed to recognise so many of the principles in his book in practice here. Never have I felt so well taken care of or had that level of service. And it was not one big thing, several small ones. The hotel room wasn't huge, but the facilities were quite good. The hot water in the bathroom was excellent, and they cleaned the room daily, providing four bottles of drinking water. The breakfast selection was decent. What I particularly liked were the hotel's service and the quiet environment.

I frequently stay at this hotel. It's very convenient for getting around with the water bus, and there's a supermarket right at the corner. The hotel itself is very quiet, the front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the facilities are comprehensive. There's even a hidden fresh market opposite downstairs that's open during the day.

The location is great n safe. If you arrive at night and take a train from the airport, don't worry about the alley where you walk to take the buggy is full of light. It's a bit quiet but not scary. Hotel serve Muslim friendly breakfast which it's a plus sign for me. Take the buggy to the main road walk about 5mins and you reach Platinum Mall, there's a link bridge you can walk to Central Mall, Siam...

We love this hotel…our absolute favourite in our favourite part of Bangkok. Great value for money with well appointed rooms and a great swimming pool and gym. Great location with bars and restaurants right outside the door including the Belgian beerhaus which has a great happy hour 4 - 7 pm each day.  We’ve stayed here multiple times and don’t feel the need to go anywhere else. 

The only thing i didn't like about this hotel is its Breakfast. Very limited choices at this price.

This is my fourth time staying here. The Japanese district has a lot of Japanese people, making it convenient to go anywhere, and there are many dining options in the mall. The hotel offers smoking rooms, which makes up for the lack of open balconies.

Stayed for 4 nights. Good location. Hotel staff will helped to bring up the luggages to the room when checked in. When checked out, hotel staff will also helped to bring down the luggages to the carpark as we have booked airport transfer. We had free upgrade to room with view. Room is clean and have basic amenities. Walking distance to platinum fashion mall.

My friend likes staying at this new concept resort hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. With a buggy ride to our room or to the lobby area.

The cleanliness was so-so, and the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but the service was really warm and welcoming. It's more of a guesthouse or B&B type of place, located right by the river. Aside from the noise and average cleanliness, everything else was pretty good.

Area for the shuttle car is spacious. very dirty, guests coming and going constantly but no cleaning staff ….. room is long separate the sofa area and the bedroom. The bathroom floor was very dirty… black There are holes in the bathroom ceiling. Who using pieces of sticker on the holes? There were also some dirty, used tissues on the bedside. It's disappointing for the price considering the quality

It's conveniently located near the yellow subway line and a ferry terminal, with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and a self-service laundry nearby. However, being close to the main road means there's a lot of traffic noise every day.

The room was clean and tidy, but the soundproofing wasn't great. That's a common issue with hotels in Thailand; you can often hear traffic or noises from next door.

Location is good but I think this hotel not so suitable for me, that’s why no extend to stay.
