I stayed at The Heritage Hotels Bangkok and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is walking distance from key attractions and public transport (near BTS Chong Nonsi), which made exploring the city super easy. The room was clean and well-maintained, with amenities that suited my needs. Staff were friendly and responsive, and the service felt consistent throughout my stay. While there’s room for improvement in some areas, I’d definitely recommend this place for solo travelers looking for a good balance of comfort and location.
The balcony has 2 air conditioning units (of which 1 from the neighbor) You can't sit on the balcony because they blow all the air on you - at night they make an infernal noise. YOU DON'T WANT TO SMOKE on the balcony of the room - you have a poster on the balcony with a fine if you do! The only smoking place, on their recommendation, is behind the hotel - nothing arranged, simply on the street. Poor breakfast! A terrible smell is in the bathroom from the sewage and unfortunately there is no ventilation.
Strategic location, just right beside of BTS sky train (Chong Nonsi). Hotel rooms is clean and big.
