The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The location is great, close to Asiatique, with many restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. The room is nice and comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. The service is excellent. Highly recommended!

Hotel is close to two piers where we could move around easily. Also close to the bus stop, but the traffic is heavy, I don’t recommend. There is a 7/11 at the corner, but not only that, eateries and pharmacies close by as well. Mattresses and pillows are more on the soft side, which I liked. AC and other features working very well. Calm, silent, and great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located near the cruise terminal, within walking distance. I was greeted with a warm smile and even received a cookie upon check-in. The room was exceptionally spacious and well-equipped. They provided four complimentary bottles of mineral water – two at room temperature and two chilled – with any additional items being chargeable. The bathtub was fantastic, though the water pressure was a bit low, and the light on the vanity mirror was yellow. Breakfast was à la carte, and the food was delicious. Both the hot cocoa and iced matcha were excellent.

My husband and I were in the Executive Jacuzzi Suite. It looked just like the photos. The rooftop bar was nice, and we sat outside there every night and got a nice view of the city. The river isn't as close as I thought, but it can be seen from the rooftop. The staff were very nice and helpful. One night, when we were sitting outside, one of the staff members brought us outdoor cushions and pillows for the chairs (they put away after hours). The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel.

A lot of thought went into the rooms. The giant windows(the building next door is quite close so….excellent recovery), the blackout screens (bond 007), the tubs. The only average thing were the mattresses and pillows but I dont expect 5 star bedding at this price point. It was a good choice for our trip to Asiatique.
