We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly nd helpful. The hotel is clean and pleasing to he eye with enough entertainment and eating, drinking options
One of the highlights of my stay was the swimming pool. It was well-maintained and had a serene ambiance, perfect for relaxation
Ramada is an excellent hotel as per our usual, back here many times, great breakfast, great service and the hotel with the help of Aung La from reception desk upgraded our rooms to premium rooms and provided late check out till 1pm which was very much appreciated
Room seems to be renovated and facility is great. Price is reasonable for river view room when compared to nearby hotel. Breakfast is ok.
Right by the Chao Phraya River, the environment is quite nice. They offer a free shuttle boat, and breakfast is decent.
The riverside is just superb beautiful scenery one that can capture the most of everything you want to see

It's been 10 years since I last visited Bangkok. This hotel was recommended by a friend. You can take the Airport Rail Link directly to the hotel without any transfers, and it's fully covered so no worries about rain
The hotel has a great ambiance, and the breakfast restaurant is huge with tons of options. The executive lounge service is excellent. The hotel's central location makes it convenient to get anywhere
Love my stay here, very pleasant. Gym and swimming pool, even the breakfast are all great!
This stay was extremely satisfying. All the staff we encountered were warm, friendly, and polite. From check-in to being guided around the hotel, every detail of the service was handled very well
Plus, there are two pools, one on the 22nd and another on the 37th floor. It's definitely my first choice whenever I'm in Bangkok
The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of choices. We would definitely love to come back again to relax and unwind

Great Hotel! No better hotel to stay at for a quarantine! We had a suite and another connecting room to stay as a family. One issue we had was the presence of mosquitoes even though we were on the 23 floor
The Sukosol Hotel was great. It is a very clean hotel and I found the service was amazing throughout my stay. I really enjoyed how well the staff took care of everything.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Airport Rail Link and BTS Phaya Thai station, making it super easy to get around
The soundproofing in the hotel was decent, and staying there over Christmas created a lovely festive atmosphere. The facilities were comprehensive, though the hairdryer was incredibly difficult to use
We had a really wonderful stay in Sukosol Hotel. The location is right outside Phaya Thai station, so very convenient if you are taking the ARL from airport to here
During our stay, we even received a complimentary one-day BTS SkyTrain pass valid for all of Bangkok

Huge gym, nice pool, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis court, even mini golf 😂 Perfect if you doesn't want to go out but still want to workout or do some activities during holiday without leaving the hote
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great city view. Hotel facilities were well maintained, especially the pool and gym area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay

Room was clean and spacious, staff were lovely, and breakfast had so many choices. Such a comfortable stay overall. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in Bangkok
Very good views and comfortable room. It is very clean and tidy. The location is very convenient for travel and to go shopping in the department store.
Room is clean and next to BTS Asok and Terminal 21 shopping mall. 4 BTS stops to Siam Paragon. Take metro 7 stops to Chinatown. Good breakfast.
Stayed at Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall and convenient access to BTS and MRT stations

There was a bag of detergent provided in the room when we were there. Location was beyond excellent! Close to both the MRT and BTS, and has a private turnaround area for taxis/Grabs, so take your pick really
Great service, clean and quiet room. It's a really nice place overall, my only complaint is that there isn't a 7-Eleven nearby, which makes it a bit inconvenient for buying things
I heard the hotel breakfast is delicious, so definitely book a room with breakfast! We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, and the Hainanese chicken rice was really good and suited Chinese tastes
This particular combination is kind of rare, actually, since the two systems don’t overlap a lot. We picked this location over Sukhumvit at Asok because it’s closer to all of the cultural sites
The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the BTS station, making it easy to get to various attractions
There's a night market and bar opposite the hotel, which gets lively in the evenings, and a 7-Eleven is very close by

This time, I stayed on a lower floor and not in a full river-view room like before, which was a bit of a pity. Some parts of the hotel are currently under renovation, and I understand it’s preparing for a brand change
Great location and beautiful views, still a favourite
Montien Riverside Hotel Bangkok has a great location with beautiful river views and is a place I regularly return to
Despite that, I still really like this hotel — the atmosphere, the location, and the overall experience remain very enjoyable
While it is not in the "center" of town, it is close enough to easily take the shuttle to Saphan Taksin sky train and travel cheaply anywhere in Bangkok

We had an incredible 5-night stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok, booked through Luxury Escapes, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The Luxury Escapes inclusions made the experience feel extra special from start to finish
Every added touch elevated the stay and made it feel like exceptional value for such a premium hotel. One of the highlights was the complimentary 30-minute massage
We booked a couples massage and it was absolutely amazing. Both of our therapists took such great care of us — professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled
The service throughout the hotel was warm and attentive, and the overall experience felt luxurious yet welcoming. A perfect blend of indulgence and comfort
They knew every pressure point and tailored the experience perfectly. It was so relaxing we honestly wished it could have gone on forever
Otherwise I used Grab bike and everything was only a short ride away. The view from north side of the north tower is quite nice, but from the other side you can only see the pool
Guys, seriously, book this place without hesitation, don't even bother looking at others. It's affordable and the location is great. We stayed two nights and wanted to extend, but the price went up
There’s a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, and the location is super convenient — it’s easy to get anywhere in the city with public transport or a short taxi ride. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!
We ended up booking another two nights for 503 yuan elsewhere, which was absolutely terrible. This hotel, though, is really good. The lobby is grand, and I don't mind that the facilities are a bit old
At 260 a night, including breakfast for two, with a gym and pool on the 5th floor and breakfast served on the first—what more could you ask for? The room has large windows, letting in plenty of natural light
The staff are warm, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, catering to different tastes and preferences

I've extended my stay for 2 nights, so everything is good in general.
But the walls between the rooms are quite thin. You can hear other guests well if they talk loudly.
The rooms are massive, the staff are friendly and speak English, there’s access to the BTS (10min walk), it’s about 15-20 mins drive to the airport! What’s not to like?
Hotel room is great but location wise is far from city, unless going somewhere can hit the highway straight away overall still ok. Thank you
wonderful nights here for countdown 2026
Not a bad hotel but not outstanding. Room needs some refresh but overall it was a good hotel
Nice grand hotel, good for large meetings and conventions, 2. OK food offerings and polite/ helpful staff

Cleanliness was good, and the bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to rest after long days out in Bangkok. Facilities like the rooftop bar and pool were nice touches, though they can get a bit busy
Nice location.
Near the pixel building and walking distance to Silom train station. Near Patpong night market.
Nice view from the room.
A little bit hot in the afternoon due to sunlight but can cover with curtain.
Like the visits before a perfect stay , close to restaurants and bars but not in a very busy area. 1 km away from the park , very good for a morning run if 5 / 10 km. Yes I saw a lizard in the park , amazing
Staff were friendly and generally helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it’s a solid stay for the price—good location and comfort, but some areas could use a refresh. Great for a short city trip in Bangkok
The location in Silom is convenient, with easy access to BTS and plenty of food and nightlife nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated in some areas
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient to walk to both Lumpini Park and Charoenkrung Road. Plus, there are so many relaxing cafes nearby

Perfect for Families with very friendly and 5 star service in a prime location of Bangkok. We stayed in a two bedroom Suite which was very spacious and with own kitchen which was very helpful travelling with small kids
Convenient located a stone throw away from BTS Thonglor station. The concierge on duty during my check-out day was super attentive, he even brought up my stored luggage before I walked up to the concierge counter
And while the pool is great for photos, I wish some of the 'influencer' types wouldn't monopolize it for so long, it's honestly a bit cringey
Hotel is close to thonglo bts so it was so easy to get around. Classy but not pretentious and the pool immaculate
Buffet breakfast at Kinki restaurant offers a wide range of food. Salmon steak served at breakfast was delicious. The Thai food at breakfast was somehow moderate. Room was clean and comfortable
This is the same hotel brand I stayed at for a month after giving birth in Guangzhou, so I chose it again in Bangkok. It has the famous infinity pool, and a small kids' play area right next to it

He was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. His warm attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a strong impression and added a personal touch to my stay
Feels luxurious and comfortable for the grand room. Staff are friendly and helpful during our stay. Did try to book for a spa and massage session but it was fully booked for 2 days
Some parts of the hotel has been renovated. But they aircorn is too strong wind and cannot turn the temp higher than 25 degree celcius. You need to turn on TV volume very high
You can hear all the car sounds passing by very clearly. It would be better if they change probably sound proof materials or curtain or window to let it absorb some sound
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall service was excellent, and I especially want to recognize the concierge who assisted with my room—his name is Son

A comfortable hotel, though the facilities aren't the newest. The service, however, is excellent, and any issues were resolved promptly. The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around
The breakfast was special, with traditional Thai coffee and very delicious noodles. The room was clean, but the lighting was a bit too dim, which made it difficult for women to apply makeup
The bellboy and security staff provided excellent service. My husband has a leg injury and uses a wheelchair, and they were always very helpful whenever we entered or left the hotel
Stayed here again, and it's still super convenient in every way. The addition of Big C to the nearby shopping center makes it even better!
Returned trip for business
Gym room more on cardio work out
Room spacious
The hotel is next to PARC shopping centre near the highway to the airport and Pattaya and about 30 minutes to the city center. Clean rooms and friendly service.

Overall experience is quite good, not too packed maybe because of weekdays stay but the location is pretty convenient, walking distance to Lotus and Central Rama 9 mall (both take around 10mins) walk; there’s a 7-11 right down the hotel entrance, if you’re bring your kids I think this is quite a choice for you as there are baby/kids amenities too
Other reviews mentioned a deposit, but it seems there's no deposit for a 1-day stay; I didn't pay one. This hotel mainly hosts Chinese guests. There's also a sauna here, so I recommend it to those who enjoy saunas
There's a large shopping mall about 200 meters away, and its basement connects directly to the subway, making it super convenient to get here from the airport. The rooms come with a kitchen and a washing machine
I had to leave in a hurry for something and didn't have time to pack my luggage, so the hotel staff kindly helped move it directly to my friend's room. The cleanliness and environment were also excellent
While the hotel breakfast doesn't have a huge variety, it's more than sufficient. You'll find many Chinese and foreign families staying here. It's definitely a hotel worth returning to!
This hotel offers great value for money, and it's my second time staying here. The location is excellent, right across from the Chinese Embassy and facing the Bank of China

So I rebooked and wanted to rest for a few days. After thinking it over, I booked a few more nights here and will be going back. I also love the massages here… I hope they can save my previous room for me
Facilities: Excellent, they have their own doorman. There's also a free tuk-tuk shuttle to the BTS. Service: The front desk staff are great and speak Chinese. Cleanliness: Always spotless, I've stayed here many times
The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, especially the bell staff and concierge. They were so humble and thoughtful, paying attention to even the smallest details, which truly made a difference
I highly recommend it! The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and it's very close to the BTS. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, though I didn't get a chance to use it
Bonus was the free M-F gym class (10:30-11:30) with Otto and Tom. It was a great way to start the day. Also, loved the free sauna and the complimentary restocking of the minibar daily
Coffee machine in the lobby for free espresso!!!. Rooms very spacious and quiet. These extra details made our staff very enjoyable. Lots of restaurants nearby, grocery stores etc

The hotel was good but really far from the centre and at least 16 to 20 minutes away from any major train or metro stop. Nice swimming pool and the gym was small but decent.
The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was a breeze. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and would stay here again on my next visit
Hotel is good. Pool is very nice. All amenities are enough good. But the staff don’t speak English very well. I had trouble many times to get understand.
The hotel is so clean and modern. The hotel room have a lot of facilities such as hot water, Refrigerator, television , and air condition. The hotel located between Rama 9 and Ratchada road where is center of Bangkok
Suvarnabhumi airport is not for from here , it just only 20 minutes from there. I would recommend visitors to rest here when you arrive in Bangkok
I really like the room, finally i found the room i want in this hotel around thailand for this price. Totally its all worth that u pay in here.

The pool is small but very useable and the gym is one of the best hotel gyms. Beware of the tuk tuk drivers outside. Walk to the right of the hotel entrance to the main road and the drivers there quote a 1/3 of the price
Better than expected! 👍 The lounge breakfast was delicious, and the guava juice was particularly good. The weather was great, and the pool also looked very picturesque, although it was a bit small.
Excellent. The location, breakfast, and executive lounge were all great. The staff were warm and efficient.
The hotel's decor is understated luxury, with a simple yet grand interior. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower with a separate wet and dry area
Very good experience. Clean, spacious rooms and very attentive service. Good quality and reasonably priced room service.
The restaurants and common areas are beautiful.
Definitely recommended when staying in Bangkok!
We had a personalised check in service at the lounge. The welcome amenities were tailored to our preferences. There was a variety of food at the lounge which changes daily

Stayed here on a late night arrival. Would also be great for a layover. A bit tricky to find the overpass to get to the hotel, but eventually got it - just ask any airport staff. Very easy check-in once we arrived
The stay was great. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous with local food on the menu. Check in/out, room, toiletries were all up to standard.
The only complaint was the room does not have any USB charger.
Very close to the airport, no need to cross any roads as there's a dedicated walkway. It's just a few minutes' walk, which is super convenient. The hotel service is excellent
I have stayed in this hotel for 2 times . Since I have many luggage, the location is the best . Staff are helpful . Definitely will come back for the upcoming time.
The hotel staff, in particular Hathaiwan Eamsomang was extremely helpful in arranging storage of our 3 golf bags. The made our trip so much easier
Very convenient location with direct access to the airport. Clean and comfortable room, perfect for transit or early flights. A great stay.

Love that there’s a convenience store alright at the hotel. Cafe breakfast was better than buffet breakfast. Facilities was very great, huge gym and a large swimming pool that gives the perfect sunset view
The location is very central, and 7-Eleven provides a shuttle service. We also used the swimming pool and sauna, and everything was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable, and we were very satisfied
It was lovely that the receptionist gave me a free upgrade and allow early check in
There are two buildings, A and B, with the pool and gym located in building A, which is convenient. I'd definitely come back again
you can have breakfast in the little cafe. good selection of a la cart breakfast. but the other option is a disaster. very bad selection and nearly all constantly empty. but overall stay was very good
The gym was particularly impressive – very large with a wide array of professional equipment, including a ping-pong table (sadly, my girlfriend beat me several times!)
