The hotel is not far from the MRT station, about a ten-minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby

While on business I mostly look for a decent desk to be able to work while in the room and this one had it.

Close to the bts. Staffs are polite. I rarely got good vibes from hotels but i got one from here

Couldn't sleep a wink! It's right by the BTS (skytrain), and even with two windows closed, it was incredibly noisy. That's really the only downside, but it seriously affected my mood for the rest of the day

The water in the shower goes from cool to hot and continues to go back and forth throughout the whole shower. It is a business hotel and we had to request for an iron

The location is starting to show its age and things are not working as before. The air conditioning was leaking water and they had to service it while we were there

The hotel bed was one of the best beds we ever slept in! The connecting rooms were very nice. They suitable with our family needs. I would like to thanks the cleaning team especially! They did an excellent job!

It's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, and there are plenty of convenient options for dining and massages nearby. Service: The front desk service was excellent

Good value for money within walking distance to BTS/MRT, bars, restaurants and shopping.

Along the road, there’re nice food! The deck breakfast and wanton noodle stall down to the main road. Although there’re 3 lifts, it took some time to wait for the lifts

Nice hotel, in a busy area and close to public transport. It's in a hotel area, 15min walk to restaurants and bars. Has a nice pool on the roof which we enjoyed.

Super clean hotel. Friendly staffs throughout checking in and out. Super convenient to large shopping malls around the hotel. Easy to get all different varieties of foods.

Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to the lobby staff, particularly the security personnel, who kindly helped me change my restaurant reservation when I was running late

A short walk to the BTS station. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The international buffet breakfast seemed limited though. But all in all, a very good experience

On the first night, there was a short, vibrating noise similar to a phone ringing in the room. com, and they helped me switch rooms, which solved the issue. Breakfast was very rich and satisfying! The pool is a bit small

Has huge rooms but not all deluxe room comes with washing machine. This could have been better indicated when booking the room. Generally the towels needs to changed as it is really dull

Paid an extra 1000 baht for a room w washing machine n river view for 2 nights which was arranged by Alex. He has been very helpful and nice compared with the other duty manager

There are delicious food stalls in the alleys on both sides, and it's also very close to the Sathorn Pier and the BTS station – truly a prime location! Breakfast was quite extensive; my room didn't include it, but I paid extra and it was good value for money

One area for improvement: there were too few lounge chairs by the pool. Every time I went, it was full, which was a shame as I had to give up on swimming

The service was excellent; even when checking out, someone came out to see me off to my car, smiling all the way! Although there was no welcome drink, the lobby had self-service drinks and small snacks, which was a nice touch

Location is great, its above a cute mall with a moderate supermarket. The location is easy to get to from the saphan taksin station. Whats even better is that this is close to the ferry shuttle that goes to the Icon siam

A little known fact is that A-One Hotel nestles in an uncommercial residential estate. A stone's throw away from the hotel lies many local authentic Thai eateries in small shop houses. Must try!

Clean and hygienic, with a river behind the hotel where you can see the houses of the indigenous residents.

The facilities are excellent, with an outdoor pool and a gym. We stayed in a two-room suite, and everything was great except for the electricity only working when the door was closed

The environment is beautiful, especially the pool, with the light rail visible across the way. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient for shopping

Room is cozy, clean . There is some maintenance work ongoing in other floors. Until April. Overall satisfactory.

We had a great stay. Good amenities. Close to the bangkok hospital with a shuttle and all you need.

Rooms was ok as usual service was quick and fast and easy there nice staff there The location is good near the airport rooms a bit outdated but for the price totally fine

The toilet flush in the bathroom runs through, only cold water in the shower, nothing in the surrounding area that you can do, nothing in the hotel is actually open either. Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired

The room is clean and the front desk is friendly

A lack of upkeep and maintenance is obvious. The room was big and worn down needs painting and repairs. Large balcony covered in pigeon poop. The front desk staff was a little lost when it came to checking in

and what to say about the food and famous hangover movie terrace

At that price, the refrigerator in the room is stacked with free drinks so it's best to bring them down to the pool or wherever else you'd like to go

Beautiful on top of everything

The breakfast had a great selection of items but was  really just ok. However, if you're looking to have something not included, for example a Coke, be prepared to spend GBP10 for a single can

The reviews I read were correct. While nice, the hotel is showing its age and for the price, you're better off looking elsewhere if you're on a business trip

You can guess why but it's enormously frustrating to have a great view of the river and city and not be able to walk out to enjoy it

This year, unfortunately, due to high occupancy, not only was the room rate significantly higher than previous years, but we could only get a room for one night, which is a real shame

Celebrating our wedding anniversary at 137 Pillars was the best decision we made for our first trip to Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations

We stay at 137 Pillars almost every year for our vacation, and honestly, both the service and the upkeep of the facilities are always top-notch

Overall, excellent! The service was fantastic, and it was a huge bonus that the front desk staff spoke Chinese. They were very attentive, and the environment was also wonderful.

I would particularly like to emphasise Mr View from the pool bar, so friendly and courteous! And as well Ms Aid our housekeeping lady, I never found my room made this way, so passionate, clean and order

It was a very lovely experience, from a warm welcome, helping hands with our luggage, delicious drinks on arrival, easy check in, perfect tour around the place to stunning views, a beautiful pool and fabulous restaurant on the 27th floor

Since the front desk is the first point of contact for guests, the subpar attitude of this particular staff member significantly tarnishes the otherwise excellent reputation established by the rest of the team

The reception team handled my request for in-room dining immediately and efficiently. The restaurant staff also called to double-check the timing to ensure everything was perfect

However, I must raise a serious concern regarding the service standards of the male night shift staff at the front desk. His lack of basic telephone etiquette and poor communication are unacceptable

Furthermore, I would like to commend every member of the front desk and the bellboys for their exceptional professionalism; our family was truly impressed by their service

Their professional teamwork made a challenging situation much easier. A special thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of my sister

Even the security guards and doormen at the entrance are consistently friendly, welcoming us with smiles and a "Sawasdee" every time we pass

The staff is the high point here, I was treated so well since the check in until after the check because I accidentally left my jewellery box inside the safe, when I called the hotel on the day after the check out they have found it, so I went back to pick-up

Clean and hygienic, with a full set of toiletries (toothbrush, slippers, etc. The bed was quite soft, and the room had no strange odors. Parking was convenient, and breakfast was decent

A lovely place with an amazing gym and great pool, good bar and decent breakfast. Super staff. Just a tad out the way of centre etc but great for Suvarnbhumi.

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but the room was quite spacious and had a great view

The room was great and cleaned promptly. The top floor has a swimming pool and a bar; the infinity pool is beautiful. The gym isn't very big but has weight training equipment and treadmills

The cleaning lady was very polite and enthusiastic, and the front desk staff were also very welcoming. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs. There's a slight sound of doors closing due to the soundproofing

Didnt spend much time at roof top bar due to strong wind and heavy rain, roof top bar's staff are friendly and nice. The breakfast is great with alot of varieties. Downside is the lift, need longer waiting time

The room was spacious and comfortable, and it's close to the subway station. There are plenty of convenient options for dining and massages nearby, and it's very close to Central World for shopping

Overall, it was a good experience. The location is convenient, and the rooftop pool bar is definitely worth a visit; it's quite peaceful.

This hotel's location in Bangkok is super convenient, I really liked it. Even without tipping, the housekeeping staff neatly folded my clothes, which is just as good as the service you'd find in hotels back home

It seemed like the hotel caters mostly to white guests, judging by its British decor. They only emptied the trash in my room, no actual cleaning. I brought my own towel, but used one of the hotel's to dry my hair

I would have been fine if all the towels were old and dirty from the start, but not for them to replace a good one with a noticeably worse one

We had a great time, first to last day all hotel staff were very helpful, professional and welcoming. the room we stayed in was fantastic and we loved the location too. I loved the decor and the aesthetics

Pros: 📍 Location: Situated on Langsuan Road, this hotel is in a central and convenient part of Bangkok, just a short walk from the Chidlom BTS station and within easy reach of shopping hotspots like CentralWorld and Siam

The location is super convenient, and I had a really good night's sleep. It's better to pick up your own food delivery because the staff delivery is incredibly slow

I feel very disappointed that stay in the room with the wall view for the price over USD400. Finally can't change to other room because of the reason is full house

The interior design is great to reflecting the high price. Some room's view are very bad. You will see 100% wall specially the back side angle

The service and ambiance are exceptional. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Bangkok.

Outstanding hotel breakfast, even in 5 stars hotel level. I will say the breakfast at Waldorf is very great in town. The cook arranged all the meal with the very great effort

Great hotel in the heart of Bangkok! Love the excellent service and surely my room with bathtub overlooking the city! Great price with breakfast and also I love the rooftop! Would definitely come back here and I really recommend this hotel ! The BTS station just at the front and also nice coffee shop at the front

The only downside was that we stayed for four or five nights, and disposable items like slippers and toothbrushes were never replenished. I had to specifically ask for them each time

Only a few stops away and you can get to Saphan Taksin (boat to Asiatique and Icon Siam), Central Park Mall, Mahanakorn Tower, Siam Paragon and MBK

Service from all the staff is excellent; very warm and friendly locals - always smiling and greeting you and very helpful whenever I needed help

Hotel staff were supportive, well spoken and polite and could all speak to me English which helped me. Breakfast good range for myself , my wife is a vegan so was bit harder for her

But the kitchen chef made her special meal when she requested which was really appreciative - thank you. Tuk tuk takes you to local BTS was helpful

This is an excellent hotel – the service is great, and the location is perfect. The swimming pool, kids' play area, and gym are all brilliant

Absolutely recommend! I received a room upgrade and the bed was way so comfortable. I can checked in a bit early and the room was nice slightly old, but completely understandable since it’s an older building

The service ( Staff ) at this hotel is truly the best, 5/5. The view of Bangkok is stunning, and they offer a great tuk-tuk service that picks you up and drops you off at BTS Chidlom for free

We were upgraded for free. Only drawback was that there is a fair amount of sound from the roads outside at least in the 8th floor where we stayed.

Location, Location, Location! Close to everything! Terminal 21, Soi Cowboy and the main interchange for MRT and BTS. Steps from the hotel is access to the skywalk to make crossing Sukumvit/Asok a breeze

One of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff go above and beyond, the restaurants are fantastic, and the location is hard to beat. They have very comfortable rooms with amazing views of the city. Highly recommend!

Your greeted by security dressed like a Canadian Mountie! Service is top notch, from doorman, reception and restaurant/lounge staff. For a tall building the floors only have 6 rooms per floor

Her leadership clearly shows in the way the whole team works, because every staff member I interacted with was just as friendly, attentive, and professional

Very good location and great service are key for this hotel. The pool on the 37th floor is small, but very nice. The rooms and overall decor is a bit dated and should be refreshed

I was particularly pleased with the bathroom: the hot water pressure was excellent, which is not always the case when travelling. The view of the city from the window is simply gorgeous, especially in the evening

There is a cool swimming pool with pleasant water on the premises, where you can refresh yourself after a walk. But what I liked most was the sauna it was a big plus to the holiday

Good choice of stayed here, I choosed because of near to my cousin homes. And it's my area since I was teenage. But now location much developing and easy to go anywhere

The only small suggestion I have is to consider opening the pool from 7 AM instead of 9 AM, which would make it even more convenient for guests

The swimming pool was also spotless and well maintained, which made the stay even more relaxing

We stayed at this hotel in Bangkok and were completely delighted. We booked a Grand Room, which was really huge and spacious. It was spotlessly clean, had a large TV and plenty of space to unpack all our things

  The space, comfort, and overall atmosphere made my time here in Thailand extremely enjoyable. We were able to cook noodles and other short meals. Staying here felt easy, convenient, and very welcoming

For room services, like the towel elephant, you need to request it in advance, ideally by sending an email before check-in (whether to tip or not is up to you)

The complimentary bottled water is located in the bottom section of the fridge. The washing machine comes with detergent already in it; just turn the dial four clicks to the right for a quick 30-minute wash

This is a very good choice for taking a walk to Ploenchit zone, or even take sky train to other places. Additional to that, it is nearby Velaa which has choices of food and even supermarket

However, the pool is currently under renovation and won't be accessible, but the hotel does inform you of this before check-in

Amazing location, heart of bkk, clean spacious rooms, 4 bottles of water automatically stocked in the fridge everyday!

The room is little compact but the amenities and bed is good as a 4-star hotel. I really liked that their refrigerator can be that big even got chill and freezer (gotta request with the front office for this big fridge)

Very clean, friendly and helpful staffs. It’s my 2nd stay with The Quarter Ladphrao and will continue to book my stays here. There’s a nail salon and hair salon just located on the ground floor of the hotel lobby

Union mall is opposite, with many food choices, as well as Central Ladphrao which is a 5 min walk away, that fulfills my shopping needs

The hotel is in the city center, which is super convenient for getting around. Step out and you're right in the middle of all the food, drinks, and entertainment. Taking the BTS is also a breeze

While the room was okay and the location was superb, the towels were dirty and smelly, and the amenities were insufficient. As a 4-star hotel, the buffet breakfast was the worst I have experienced
