Good location which I’m used to stay for last my 3 trips. The staff is very friendly and will try to help you with all requests. Rooms which I stayed were typically on higher floors. The room itself is quite spacious.

The hotel is easily accessible to the nearest BTS station on foot and there's an escalator for those who are lugging baggages. There is a coffee station for all the hotel guests in the day time

We felt this hotel warm and with passion. The swimming pool with jacuzzi was great. Let's relax just right at the same building and you can enjoy spa and massage whenever you like

Amenities are of standard issue. A daily replenishment of mini bar which was a plus. Service is typical of a Thai hotel, friendly and pleasant

Good location, good service Beds were a bit soft to my liking Wifi works well and air-conditioning is cold

The staffs are helpful. Appreciated the housekeeping very much. They could provide service even at the midnight. The swimming pool is nice.

There's a Let's Relax spa right downstairs, two 7-Elevens nearby, and Terminal 21 is just about a 10-minute walk away. Facilities: The gym is quite well-equipped, and there's an infinity pool on the same floor

It's outrageous to take the tip and not do anything. The room wasn't even cleaned thoroughly, and the towel elephant wasn't made. The hotel restaurant is good; I went for some dessert at 9 PM and it was excellent

We had a absolutely wonderful stayed at hyatt Regency hotel sukhumvit for our super good experience, staffs are super good service and beyond, the bed extremely well, big and good dreams, location is perfect and near shopping areas, front desk staffs are wonderful and perfect service and nice, I strongly recommend and will come back soon, Thanks hyatt staffs and management

All the juices were freshly squeezed, and the mangoes were incredibly sweet. I ate a lot! It's also a very relaxing restaurant, and the location is super convenient

I'm not sure what's on the 1st floor, but there was no button for it in the lift, but I know there is a swimming pool on the 16th floor which is the roof, however, I've not visited it

We needed a hotel close to the Krung Thep Apiwat Train station and picked this one based on other guest reviews plus the location and we were positively surprised by the high standard, friendly staff and very comfortable beds

The rooftop pool was a plus, as well as the vicinity ti the Chatuchak weekend market

The room was a bit dated but they made up for it in quick service and excellent choice for breakfast buffet, I've stayed at very expensive UAE 5 star hotels with less choice or service!! Excellent and helpful beyond expectations!!

When we noticed that the bedroom light was not working, they came to fix it in less than five minutes. Even though it was almost midnight, the staff were happy to assist us when we requested extra blankets and pillows

Please note that there's no microwave and washer. You can ask the hotel laundry service, but it's very expensive. Use some automatic laundromat services, like Otteri. The hotel team was friendly and helpful

This hotel is located in Sukhumvit, Bangkok's most bustling area, right next to EmSphere shopping mall and the BTS station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping.

While the lobby looks nice and clean, the room itself felt old and musty. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, but the air felt dusty, the lighting was dim, and the bathroom had sewage smells

One major downside is that the hotel charged almost 4 times the normal price during the concert period, which didn’t feel worth it. I also wouldn’t consider this a true 5-star hotel

I booked this hotel during the NCT Dream concert since it was the closest to the venue. However, it still required quite a long walk to Gate 5 (Gate 4 is closer but not accessible)

The view from the room was absolutely stunning; that window view alone was worth it! I traveled with a child this time, and even though I hadn't requested an extra bed, there was a small bed already set up in the room without any additional charge

This was such a pleasant surprise because sometimes when you book a twin room, the beds are too small, and a king-size bed for three can be a bit cramped for blankets. So, we really had a great night's sleep this time!

The facilities were old, but the environment was okay. First, the door lock was broken and needed to be changed. The front desk lady insisted I wait in line, and her attitude was very firm

Nice rooftop pool, well equipped gym. Not much fresh fruit at breakfast. We booked a room without windows, but the lighting was just too dark to see anything. Fortunately there is a torch in the room.

Location is perfect it is Close to everything! Very clean and spacious even for the no window rooms Staff are so welcoming! I used the luggage locker service after checking out for few hours with no problem( also free) and i got my deposit back at the desk once i checked out

Service, room and pool that's created to ensure an amazing experience in Bangkok. Burapa which offers a great dining experience was also a few mins walk away. It will be my come back hotel next time I am in Krungtep

I loved my experience at Amara Bangkok. Lucky to have had the room facing the Maha Nakhon. Service was great, spacious room and the pool and city view was amazing 🤩 The location was also perfect with nearby attractions

The hotel is well located, the room looks pretty and is spacious but after our first night we discovered two big cockroaches in our bedroom (it is pretty hot in Bangkok but still they should have pest control initiatives in place)

At around 1500, it's a bit pricey, probably due to Christmas. The room isn't very spacious, which would have made it more comfortable. The view of the Chao Phraya River is indeed expansive and beautiful

Restaurants are top notch and the "Sin" rooftop bar is a sight of its own. Mo did a great job recommending cocktails we loved and the DJ was fire! The rooftop infinity pool was on the cold side, but worth it

The surroundings may seem a bit meh at first, but the hotels share a private boat shuttle service (with beautiful wooden boats) going to Sathorn Pier (you can go everywhere from there with boats or the Skytrain) and Icon Siam

Not near Phaya Thai Station (my mistake), but close to Chatuchak Market. Price and quality are good. Hotel’s a bit old but well kept. Loved the pool and free gym. Aircon was way too strong!

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, a little distance from the subway station, but there's a bus stop right outside, making it quite convenient to get to Bangkok's central train station

The hotel is some minutes away from chatuchak market so it wss convenient for shopping

Overall the staff was great and amazing. There is a 7/11 that is walking distance so incase you need something. We did have to utilize grab to get to our destination as there is nothing too much around the area

We got the 2 bedroom skyline view. The balcony and view was great. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were great. and we were given 4 bottle of water every day

The living room A/C did break but they were very quick and relocating us to the room next door. The breakfast had great omelette station. We used the pool which was great but the pool side beer was a bit pricey
