Consists of one 4-storey building.
Only 441 of the room. On the upper floors are executive floors with privileges for guests (a separate Breakfast, Newspapers, tea, coffee, etc.).

Shipping from and to the airport surcharge, no more than three passengers in the car. For families and groups, there are more roomy vehicles.

- The area of all enclosed space for meetings and banquets is more than 1397 sq. m. Main spaces for events include a ballroom with an area of 685 sq. m. which can be divided into three sections; a hall with an area of 200 sq m with glass walls and a ceiling height of 5.4 m; nine meeting and conference room. Conference room can accommodate up to 600 people in Banquet and up to 350 people at the location of tables as in the classroom.

The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, plenty of dining and drinking options nearby, and it's also right on a subway line.
The service is great; the front desk staff, particularly the lovely ladies, are very gentle, and the staff at the entrance are helpful with directions and opening doors.
I don’t think so this issue should be happen at high class hotel, especially i spent almost 8000 THB per night and I can’t sleep!
Than hotel did not do anything just sent technician only!
Also, I found there are bible and Quranin the drawer.. that’s a bit weird..
Let me think has any issue happened before in this room?
And I am buddies , I don’t think these books should be there, if would like to leave why not leave buddies books together ?
By the way, I asked my million fiends if they got same situation with me? They said NO! Only me!
