Sabin and his colleagues who took initiative to assist us with the airport transfer when Bolt drivers tried to rip me off with a 100% surcharge. Interiors are older but very well maintained
This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok! 🏨 The room was huge and exactly my style. My only gripe was the restaurant – it was a bit disappointing
My only minor complaint is that the all-day dining restaurant feels a bit enclosed, and the path to the gym and pool awkwardly cuts through it, which is a bit strange. Otherwise, everything else was great
I genuinely recommend this place. The room design is simple yet sophisticated, and the gym and pool are both excellent, perfect for a lazy afternoon. I also got to try a wonderful yoga experience
The new renovation left a strong smell, and the room we were assigned was connected to the next one by a door, like a suite. The people next door came back in the middle of the night and partied from midnight until 3 AM
The hotel's location is a peaceful retreat in a bustling area; it's quite comfortable even if you don't go out. However, there aren't many shops or restaurants nearby; the closest 7-Eleven is about a 500-meter walk

Service: The front desk service was very slow for check-in; I waited a long time for both check-in and check-out. However, I really liked the staff at the pool area; they were very friendly and enthusiastic
My standard routine here is to hit up Somboon Seafood, Thong Smith boat noodles, Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, and Kub Kao Kub Pla one by one, and if there's still time, I go through them all again
The interior design and materials used for the decor are top-notch, with great quality and excellent maintenance, truly standing the test of time
Even though it's been five years since it opened, it still feels like it's only been open for a year or two
Facilities: The public areas of the hotel are quite good and beautiful, but they still fall short compared to the three Rosewood hotels in China. I'm not sure if it's because it's an older property
Hygiene: The overhead shower in the bathroom had a lot of limescale and rust stains, but we brought our own disposable shower head, and everything else was very clean

-Very nice boutique & luxury hotel. The room was spacious and shower wonderful! Very lovely attendants and a service team who are kind, helpful and very warm. Convenient location and close to other restaurants and bar
The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room gets great natural light and has a well-designed layout. The bedding is super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep
This was my second stay in a year, and I was equally impressed. The design and overall quality remain top-notch. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had in my 10+ visits to Bangkok—absolutely worth waking up for
A special shout-out to the front desk service – check-in and check-out were both incredibly fast, professional, and courteous. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the quality is consistently good
Location is a huge plus—it's very convenient to the BTS, and you can easily avoid the crazy traffic along the main road around Siam and Chitlom. Will definitely be back for a third visit
The check in was fabulous, with a free upgrade based on my health condition. During my stay, the front desk was responsive to my queries and made useful suggestions

The location is super convenient, right by a BTS station and next to a large shopping mall. The Erawan Shrine is also nearby, making getting around incredibly easy. Plus, there's a pool on the rooftop!
Overall, the experience was fantastic and offered excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, highly recommend it! The view across the way was also very photogenic
The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. They're polite and respond quickly to any requests. The breakfast offers a great variety and tastes delicious
Pleasantly surprised, exceeded my expectations! It was my first time staying here, but I'll definitely be back. The location, price, and service were all very satisfactory. 😀
This hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall with plenty of dining options. It's right next to a subway station, making travel very easy
Plus, the Ocean World and the Four-Faced Buddha attraction are just a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall, it's a great place to stay with good food options

Breakfast included, access to the pool and bar and nice staff.
Near to metro station, shopping malls, and night life. Has small pool and bar ay rooftop. You must be careful with your steps when entering the hotel because the lobby is dimly lit despite warning posted on the floor
Near shopping malls! The location is great!
But room is too small for 3 person. And the swimming pool is very mini.
This hotel feels geared towards high-volume tour groups, not individual travelers seeking a quality experience. The rooms are small and poorly maintained, lacking basic amenities like hand and face towels
I the hotel is fantastic, it’s away from the busy road and it’s near to Asok and Nana BTS station. The room is clean and staff are friendly
The front desk staff were very welcoming and hospitable. English communication was perfectly fine.

Rooms were big and spacious and we got the Honey Moon Room which had the largest bathroom with bath-tub. And room had the city view which was quite scenic. Swimming pool was clean and gym was adequate
Good hotel not far from airport metro line. Good choice before travelling from Thailand. Room is big and clean. Tasty breakfast. A lot facilities for dinner and shopping around.
Summary: Except for Limited Indian Items in Breakfast (That too tastes poorly Indian) and missing Jet Spray in a "Preferred by Indians" hotel (As advertised by MakeMyTrip) the hotel is a 4 Star
Breakfast was good, with lots of varieties including North and South Indian Foods, (cook can do better in this part, i am sure), choices were vast so not much to complain here
We stayed for 2 nights at Ramada D'ma. It was quite pleasant and enjoyable. With pratunam market just about few minutes walk its location was very suitable
Good location.
Clean
Best service

Hotel was great staff fantastic location a little bit out of the city but grab and bolt so cheap not a issue
Hotel pool is great
Only one issue was the bed mattress was so hard and lumpy did report but nothing done
Otherwise it's a great place
If I may suggest, offer more pork or beef options for variety. Lastly, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. It was awesome and worth the time
This is my second time staying here. The room I received this time was quite different from my first visit. It's smaller, and the bathroom is very cramped. The room itself felt tiny, and the lighting was extremely dim
The TV was wide and were able to plug our laptop and ninswitch for extra entertainment. In addition, the view was great from our room. Then, the breakfast was okay. My partner enjoyed his cereal
Gold Orchid was great! We enjoyed our stay and brought us good memories. First, the receptionist was friendly and accomodating. She adhered to our requests quickly and gave us a great room
Excellent! All the staff were wonderful, attentive, and lovely. The service was great, and it truly made me want to come back and stay here again.

Fantastic stay at VIE Hotel Bangkok, MGallery Collection last weekend. What impressed me the most about this hotel?
- It is located in the city center, close to the biggest malls, and has convenient transportation
The room's location is excellent, perfect for exploring Bangkok. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and some even speak Chinese
It's one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Thailand!
The level of service is absolutely incredible. Eveyone is so nice and welcome. The hotel located just a 10-minute walk from the MBK and Siam malls
They offered us coconut water upon check-in and always helped us with our luggage when we entered and exited
They guided us to the front desk for check-in, and the staff, who spoke some Chinese, were very gentle and accommodating. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view
First, the location is superb, right in Siam, just a few minutes' walk to shopping malls, and there's a small night market nearby. Second, the service at this hotel is fantastic

Hot water has reasonably good pressure and the heat is good. Excellent outdoor pool and a very good gym. Restaurant on site provides great meals at reasonable prices, plus a good room service menu
Location was far from main attraction in Bangkok, but it was convenient located near big mall and metro. Breakfast has few options. Pool water was cold and had few hard seats.
Service and room comfort was good.
2 mins walk to BTS train station and 3 minutes walk to the mall. The mall has everything you need. The food court and supermarket were my husband's favourite hangout. Just behind the hotel is a 7 Eleven convenient store
The nearby Shopping Center looked not large but didn't expect we could stay over 5 hours. The Department Store named 'Central' was new for us. Lobby was general but clean and new. Receptionists were nice and helpful
Newer accommodation with great amenities. Cleaners are very responsive and excellent service. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds are reasonably comfortable with excellent pillows
There's a shopping mall right across the street, which was super convenient as I was there for a fan meeting – just a skywalk away! Plus, there's a 7-Eleven nearby for easy shopping

I recently stayed at Watana Hotel in Bangkok and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers great value for money, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay without overspending
The location is one of its strongest points. It’s well-positioned with easy access to public transport, local markets, and plenty of street food options nearby. This made exploring Bangkok both easy and enjoyable
Always satisfied with my stay here
The cleaners are very friendly & most helpful .
Location is also great near to MRT and there are food to choose nearby also a 7/11
Overall this place keep me coming back .
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always willing to assist with directions or general inquiries. Facilities are fairly basic, but sufficient for a short stay
The bed was cozy, and I appreciated having good air conditioning after a long day in the Bangkok heat. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. While the decor is relatively simple, everything was functional and comfortable

Amenities wise the hotel offers a restaurant that offers breakfast all the way to dinner, a small gym, a pool
Centara Life Hotel Bangkok
Clean, modern, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room was tidy and quiet, and the location is convenient with easy access to transport and nearby shops
Reserved rooms at the hotel for a business trip as it was near my conference venue. It's is clean and well maintained. The staff are also very responsive to questions
Unfortunately the complimentary electric Tuk Tuks can only be used if the reservation of rooms was made directly with the hotel
I love this the part of old Bangkok and always prefer to stay in this area. And Centara was the perfect place for our trip
Very comfortable rooms, washrooms are very small. hardly a single person can shower. Toiletries are nice, good Air-Condition. The Breakfast was best and perfectly designed with various options for all
The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet and very clean. Everything was perfect — I had a great stay.
A big thank you to the team at Novotel Sukhumvit 4. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet despite being in such a lively area
The hotel is strategic located....across the streets is 7 eleven....Will choose to stay here next time....
Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very close to the entertainment - if you like live music try Hilary1 or Hilary 2 bars! The hotel has a great rooftop cocktail bar and pool too.
Good hotel in nice spot near nightlife. Breakfast is tasty but chaotic. Room double deluxe is comfortable and spacious. I would stay again and recommend the hotel. Great location for those wanting company for the evening

The hotel is clean and big, for 2 people inside a room is maximum in my opinion, if there are 3 people in the room, it is so full. The waiters and waitress are friendly, the receptionist could speak english a little bit
The room is nice, large and clean. The staff fiendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good and fresh but could be very busy. The room could do with more electric sockets to charge phones etc
The room was spacious and even had a balcony. The staff were very friendly, and luggage storage was free. I was initially worried about valuables, but there was absolutely no issue with anything going missing
The smell of the room is not pleasant. We specifically booked the hotel for the pool but turns out it's for a certain room access and it was never mentioned in the app.
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of Thai dishes along with fresh fruits the fruits were definitely my favorite part! The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed
The hotel itself is very quiet, the front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the facilities are comprehensive. There's even a hidden fresh market opposite downstairs that's open during the day

Wish to congratulate the team at Khaosarn road IBIS on the job well done. I have an amazing stay over this past fourteen days of self isolate. Upon the smooth transition of airport pick up to the very polite taxi driver
Electronic payment mini bar full stocking with snacks or protein bars would be a great implement as this would be the new normal in the course of time. Airport did not have ATM and exchange boots were not operated
I haven't tried varieties of foods on the menu, but my room service had been spot on. I also wish to convey mine appreciation toward the teams of attentive and light handed nurse stations in this hotel too
Very fast and efficient checked in the process. The room had been pre air-conditioning. Generous room size considering the price I had paid for and bedding very comfy taking the edges off jet lagged
Just an amazing hotel close to the airport but far enough away that you couldn't even hear traffic. The GM of this hotel is really lucky to have a staff like this. They made this stay the very best
I had heard many horrid stories but they had put my fears at ease with theirs gentle way. A few improvement points, if I may. The loo light went out in the third days

We like the place a lot, but there are some more services needed to be improved. Overall went everything all good. Thank you

The location is a bit of a walk from the subway station, but it's manageable. Bangkok's traffic is notorious, so the subway is definitely the most convenient way to get around
Very good experience, I always choose this hotel when i go to the bangkok, and this is my third time to check in since 2023, The room is not big but the outside view and location are prefect
The transportation is quite convenient, with a 7-Eleven not too far downstairs. The soundproofing in the room is good; it's pretty quiet inside even when it's noisy outside
There was a deposits necessary for check-in based on how many nights you stayed. I thought this was weird thst it wasn't just a one time fee.
Very convenient and affordable, the room was clean and tidy, with complete and comfortable facilities. The service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient
The hygiene is good, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the staff are patient and helpful. I'll definitely come again next time. Highly recommended.

So if it's raining don't worry at all. But of course you can always take the train, grab, bolt and tuktuk. Pratunam market is about 5mins walk. You can take the hotel buggy to and fro
We were served by Mild and Som, whom were very helpful and professional in their services, helping us with the dressing and taking excellent photos. Photos were made available within 1hr from the appointment
If you arrive at night and take a train from the airport, don't worry about the alley where you walk to take the buggy is full of light. It's a bit quiet but not scary
Despite the small size, the rooms are well-equipped and don't lack anything. The rooftop pool and terrace are a highlight; you can lie there in the evening and enjoy the night view, which is quite relaxing
Hotel serve Muslim friendly breakfast which it's a plus sign for me. Take the buggy to the main road walk about 5mins and you reach Platinum Mall, there's a link bridge you can walk to Central Mall, Siam Paragon and MBK
Close to Phaya Thai Station (ARL and BTS), located in an alley but very convenient with a shuttle service to the main road. The staff are all very friendly and polite. Some front desk staff speak Chinese

The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop pool was beautiful with hardly anyone there. The room was huge, and across the street is the Conrad, so it's surrounded by luxury hotels
The hotel has just been renovated, so everything feels new. The gym and pool are pretty good. Breakfast is decent, not a huge variety but the quality is good. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the subway station
An excellent hotel with incredibly warm and welcoming service. They even helped us decorate our room! Much better than the Conrad next door. It's super convenient for getting anywhere, right in the city center
What's even more impressive is that I left a ring behind after checking out, and the hotel was incredibly responsible, finding it for me in just ten minutes. A big thank you to Mary at the front desk
It truly shows the humane culture of Thailand
If you're assigned the smaller room, you can ask the front desk to switch it

The location is decent, with plenty of Chinese people and restaurants nearby, but it's a bit far from the city center, so you'll mostly have to call Grab. However, it's okay if you're willing to take the BTS
A simple hotel, a three-star. No breakfast.
Disappointingly, the stated swimming pool does not work, it is simply littered with garbage.
The room is spacious, quiet, clean, and very comfortable. There are many restaurants around.
High cost-performance ratio, good location, spacious, clean, and large rooms, and cheap.
The price-performance ratio is average
The accommodation is clean, the rooms are spacious, and there is parking available. There may be a room deposit of approximately 500 baht, payable in cash only.

I was on the 7th floor, and for some reason, the hot water was scalding, and the water pressure was a bit low. The pool is nice and not crowded, but the gym equipment is very outdated
I can't sleep Because they slammed the doors very loudly all night, and even after staff reported it in the morning, it was to no avail
Everything it’s ok butttttt the customer Indian lady very noisy and open and close the door every minute OMG
I will never stay in a hotel where people of different nationalities are staying again
It is in great location very near to Ashok bts and shopping mall Terminal 21. Room bed size in length is bit smaller. Breakfast not many items but tastes good. The service of the staff are good
In the mornings at the gym, there was an old man, wearing a hat and a staff short-sleeved top, who would come in, sit down, and watch videos on his phone with the volume turned up loud
