We are very frequent travelers around the world and stopped in Bangkok for a 2 day stopover and this hotel is one of the highlights of our trip It's brand new, rooms are very spacious and modern, the stuff os genuinely very, very, very friendly

The location is near subway and mall-cluster of Bangkok downtown I would like to especially point out breakfast. It got everything, it is fresh, they even do homemade jam Also WiFi is really fast

Great location, although getting a taxi nearby can be a bit slow. You can walk to the Siam shopping district and it's not far from the Erawan Shrine. The breakfast is very rich and this is already my second stay here.

Perfect location for shoppers! It's just a few steps away from the BTS National Stadium and within walking distance of MBK and Siam Paragon. You can't miss the breakfast—it is absolutely delicious

The pool is lovely, and the view from the Paradise Lost bar on the top floor is pretty good; the hotel also provides a 20% discount coupon. Breakfast was quite substantial, meeting normal 4-star hotel standards

The hotel has a fantastic design throughout, and most importantly, it's within walking distance to the shopping district, which is super convenient! Great for going out to eat and shop

Service professional. Superior room a good deal, but we paid a bit more and stayed on deluxe which is it worth.they offer s limited choice of food on the menu but for a fair price and the food quality is good

The place is near BTS and it’s spacious also they have free breakfast the price is not expensive

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. There are also plenty of authentic and delicious BBQ restaurants nearby

Nearby is Digital park shopping center. Good value What i disliked : Poor WiFi on 7 floor, better signal in the lobby. Some small ants were coming to room

Hygiene: The hygiene is quite good and tidy. Environment: The hotel, swimming pool, and free gym are all excellent. Service: The service is great! A 10 baht tip goes a long way

Facilities: Some staff speak a little Chinese. There's an ATM for exchanging RMB to Thai Baht, which is convenient for emergencies despite the higher exchange rate. There's also a Lawson convenience store

Beautiful hotel near IconSiam. Big swimming pool with enough green space. Some areas have ongoing maintenance. Convenient with Lawson on the ground floor.

The hotel's location is superb; you can watch the Chao Phraya River cruises right from your bed, which is amazing. The staff are warm and attentive. The buffet is plentiful and full of authentic Thai flavors

Went up to the 7th floor of Icon Siam to absorb the fantastic view of the river in the evening BUT later find out that the hotel had an even better spot right on the river bank and a closer view of the passing cruise boats

The outside of the hotel has beautiful murals the parking is on the back of the hotel and it's spacious, the location of the hotel is close to the bus stop and if you want to get a taxi instead its location is very central to many attractions , there's a restaurant at the ground floor and swimming pool at the 3rd floor open from 07:00 to 18:00 room service is good the downside is the cleaning service...

It is well built area has got swimming pool bar area and resting room. It is a high tech and provides high service to its customers

Overall of the hotel is really good with neat and clean both function rooms and public areas. The rest room is quite modern and meet expectations. Room: Function room is really good to join with needed item

The coffee breaks setup from the hotel is valuable with price paid. Service: Good as of the hotel but not excellent. It is another step in reach that path. But end of the road we're great

Very spacious room! Location is a little bit off the beaten track but close to train lines. Beds are soft and comfortable

Had a very pleasant stay at Arnoma Hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Although there is a short walk to Chit Lom BTS Station, it is still manageable

Right next to the hotel is Big C, with McDonald’s, Watsons, and many useful shops inside, which made everything very convenient. A little further ahead, there is also a 7-Eleven

The doorman was always attentive, opening doors for guests and happily helping with directions. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming

On the other side, Erawan Shrine is within walking distance, and across the overhead bridge is CentralWorld — a fantastic location overall

The rooms are a nice size and comfortable. The gym and pool are open 24/7. There's a 7-11 convenience store nearby. Public transport is easy to access the building besides has plenty of restaurants

The room was spotless, and the location is super convenient with a metro station right outside, making most attractions easily accessible. It's just one stop from Sukhumvit, so it's a quieter option, perfect for families

There's also food inside the metro station and several 7-Elevens nearby. The hotel's room quality is comparable to Chinese brands like Hanting and Atour, but the prices are surprisingly similar to Beijing and Shanghai

Stayed here for a short business trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The location is good and easy to travel around Bangkok

It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Chulalongkorn University. They don't provide slippers, but you can ask the front desk for a toothbrush and toothpaste

The room is tiny, but the soundproofing is amazing! You can even hear. adult films at night, so you'll have to imagine the visuals yourself

You need to walk around 5-10 minutes from Asok station but it is still acceptable. The staff are very nice and generous. It is a 5 star hotel.

Cleanliness: The hotel is quite new, so it was very clean. We were initially in room 309, but due to a strong odor from the bathroom drain, we were promptly moved to room 615, which was much better

The only downside was that the sink in the bathroom drained incredibly, incredibly slowly. I mentioned it on the first day, but it wasn't improved, so I just assumed it was a drainage issue

I lost my phone, and the staff helped me search for the Grab car along the streets. I am grateful to both the driver who sent the phone back, and the staff who accompanied me with the search

This hotel is a bit pricier compared to other places, and the room isn't that big either. They do offer currency exchange, which is convenient, but while they accept USD, GBP, and HKD, they don't exchange RMB

Only my advice to the management is to not allow pets roaming around dining areas and need a sign " DO NOT FEED THE BIRDS " at the outdoor terrace/pool. The staff and services were great

Walking distance to one Bangkok, newest mall. From hotel, go to mrt and it's connected. Alot foods, need time to explore. Not that I know of, gym, swimming pool. But we got refillable mini bar for our deal

Feels a little dated but clean. Just a short walk to One Bangkok mall via the MRT underpass. Free tea and ice water at the lobby was a nice touch. Heated pool at lv 9 of hotel

They even provide the bobble bath bomb so no need to call room service. But it took longer than 1 hour to fill up the whole bathtub. Best if plan to stay in room for the whole day to experience the suite life

Great location! It's only 100 meters from the MRT station, and within walking distance to the bar street. Across the street is the One BKK mall, and there's a 7-Eleven just 50 meters away

The gym area is very big and well equipped with a swimming pool too. In summary, the hotel has amenities and ticks boxes but feels quite basic
