Overall a good stay. Reception is not 24 hours, but once check in you can come and go on your own schedule. We rented a private room with 2 beds. Mattresses were on the floor, which I was not expecting. Nice location; easy to get around the old city. We had another reservation that was a disaster. So happy to find this place. Staff was lovely. Facility was clean.

We stayed here for six days. The staff told us there was a night market on Sundays, called the Sunday Night Market. Since we didn't want to change hotels and pack up, and since we were planning to go to the market, we decided to stay another night. As expected, the street leading to the night market was very long and crowded. I'd like to thank the staff for their kind reminder. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming when we checked in on our first day. The room was clean and tidy, with a small refrigerator, microwave, and basic utensils. The bedding was very comfortable and soft. There was no odor in the room, including the bathroom, and it wasn't damp. The sun was abundant during the day, and the staff kept it very clean. The hotel is located next to Wat Phra Singh in the old city, making it very quiet. I didn't hear the rumbling of motorcycles while sleeping. The security was also good. It's a two-minute walk from the Sunday Night Market, which is super close. I'll stay here again next time!

Amenities: All the necessary amenities, except for the small kitchen area, which had an induction cooktop, basic utensils, and a sink.

Cleanliness: Five stars. The cleaning lady was very attentive.

Very cost-effective ~ Recommended to stay in the ancient city, it's also nice to take pictures ~ There is a coffee shop downstairs, very convenient, just a few steps away from shopping ~ I'm very satisfied with my week-long stay ~

Absolutely fantastic value. The staff was very welcoming, the place was spotlessly clean, and everything was excellent. It's right in the heart of the old city, right next to Wat Phra Singh, surrounded by so many delicious restaurants and cafes, and close to the women's prison massage parlor. The Sunday night market is right outside, but I didn't come at the right time, as it wasn't a weekend. I'll definitely stay there again next weekend.

The property has a great location and it's easy to reach. We arrived rather late but there was somebody at the reception waiting for us to do the check in. The room was comfy and spacious with the AC. It was quiet during the night and we slept well. The only thing that could be improved was the staff as we wanted to ask some questions about doing the laundry but out of 3 people at the reception at that moment, none of them spoke English good enough to be able to answer a couple of questions we had.

Great little boutique that made our stay really pleasant. They helped us arrange our tours and with taxi service. The breakfast has always been nice, and they prepare a box for us if we ask. I’m grateful for such nice accommodations. Enjoyed our short stay here that we even added another night.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. And have nothing to complain about.
Cleaning was every day, breakfasts were “same same” but good)
It may be noisy as there is a road nearby.
Kindergarten starts around 8. For those who like to sleep longer it may be a minus, because kids are loud )

Extremely noisy, poor cleanlyness and hardest bed ever. Had booked and pre paid for 3 nighys and checked after the first one, to move to another hotel. The staff is friendly, i must say the only positive thing i can tell.

Very friendly staff that speak English very well. Rooms are clean and modern. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as long as you're ok walking a few flights of stairs.

Me and my brother stayed here for 4 nights. During our travels we haven't spent this many nights in one place, but this was the perfect place to do so. Room was big modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and a special shout-out to the girl in the reception who was very helpful.
