Baan Lung Poshtel - Hostel in Chiang Mai City

Great location, very clean and the hostess is so lovely and suggested different local events for me to check out while I was there. I was in a female only dorm. The bed was comfortable, and the AC in the room was perfect because Chiang Mai was very hot.
Only negative minor comment is that there was no storage locker to lock away valuables while I was out during the day.
Would definitely recommend!

Very cozy hostel with a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed in a 4-bed female dorm. The rooms and bathrooms were always very clean.
The owners are incredibly kind, warm, and caring, you really feel at home here. They are always happy to help with anything. There is also a café and breakfast available for a very fair price, which we really enjoyed.
We would definitely come back.

This hostel is a warm, comfortable place with great value.
The owner and staff were really kind and always ready to help. The common areas were super clean and the guest kitchen had everything I needed. IMO this isn’t a “social” hostel, but rather a calm, comfortable and welcoming place where anyone can feel at home.
The location is nice: a quiet neighborhood, close to the center, with good food options around and a 7/11 just a short walk away. As a cute bonus, the owners have a beautiful Siamese cat that usually hangs around the coffee shop

I can’t even start describing how wonderful was our visit and staying with Ease, our lovely host. The staff were so nice, the place was always clean and also having really great breakfast for ฿200 plus coffee. The location was central and close to everything you could have wanted, but also quiet and serene. We thought we will leave Chiang Mai after couple of days, but eventually stayed for more than two weeks, lots of it thanks to the unique and home feeling of these hostel.
Can’t wait to be back ❤️

What an amazing place to stay. The couple that run the place are super friendly, helpful and caring. The owner was extra attentive when two young girls were going on a trip, ensuring that they were all good. In addition to this being a super clean place to stay, they also serve the best coffee, Shoreditch expertise, without the curly handlebar moustache. All in all a great place to start or finish your adventures in Chiang Mai..

We had a fantastic stay here. The double room was spacious clean and comfortable. The owners were super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They make some of the BEST coffee we’ve had on our trip to Thailand!

I supposed to be there one night but as I was feeling so comfortable I decided to extend my stay for longer. The place is clean and chill, the owner cannot be nicer, she is incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the atmosphere is super friendly. I will highly recommend this place

Super clean, the bed, pillows and comforter wss so comfortable. Ideal Location, mostly just a walking distance for food,markets or massages..owner super friendly. Love chubby cat Thong Muen too. Highly Recommended.
