This is my second time staying here. For the price, is a bargain but do bear in mind rooms are dated and can be quite dim at night as lights are somewhat not bright. Location itself and staffs are excellent. Lots of local food choices down the road and friendly staffs.

To make your stay better, some preparation which many would think not necessary is bring own extension cord if you have lots of electronics to charge. Consideration: own LED foldable desk light.

If you are cyclist, do consider as here is a good starting point to the many awesome routes in Chiang Mai.

I like this hotel. It was away from the city, more quite. I stayed on the 5th floor with a nice view, big Windows, AC, TV. Drinking water, hot water. Rooms were clean.
We paid 600 bhat for a room. 2 single beds.
There are alot of stores and restaurants close by. The prices are lower here in this area. I could find a vegan restaurant with beautiful meals for 50 bhat. In the centre I paid 90 bhat..
