Perfect location to spend a few days exploring Chiang Mai. Was very clean, convenient and well-located. Great for solo travellers.

The biggest plus for this hotel is its central location to all the attractions in the Old Town. It has a cozy, quiet courtyard where you can relax in peace. The room wasn't large, but for the price, you can't really ask for more. It came with a fridge, air conditioning, and two bottles of water daily. Housekeeping was done every day. The only downside for me was that the room was a bit dark since it was far from the entrance, making it hard to wake up. The staff, however, were very friendly and welcoming.

This is a very basic guest house. The rooms are large and spacious, there’s a refrigerator and tv in the room and that’s about it. The shower water pressure is very low and the bathroom is very basic with slights signs of mold. I had a water leak issue the day I arrived which took 2 days for the hotel to handle. WiFi was impossible to connect to, I recommend getting a local SIM card
House keeping cleaned daily, replaced towels and replenish 2 water bottles. But somehow I always noticed long women hair on the floor in my room, even when I have short hair and nobody shared my room with me the 4 nights I was there.
There’s coffee available at the reception every morning and a small communal kitchen if you want to prepare your own food. No breakfast is offered.
The location is ideal. Short walking distance to nightlife, restaurants, tourist attractions. That’s really the main appeal for this hotel.
The rooms are priced moderately and appropriately for what the are. If you are looking for a basic guest house with private rooms and great location, this place is perfect.

A family run hotel, everything was great, room was very comfortable and wifi was very strong, staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Highly recommend

Everything went very well, nice service and friendly behaviour. The staff were always ready to help. The location is very good and direct next to it there is a variety of bars. Within 5-7 walking you will reach a lot of small and big restaurants.

Stayed for 2 nights. The bed was very comfortable. The location is good for those without a car, making it convenient to explore. For those with cars, there are 4 parking spaces, so it's a game of musical chairs where you have to take turns parking. The room didn't have a kettle or hairdryer. Upon entering, the room had a musty smell, like someone who hadn't showered, a body odor, or maybe a man's smell. We brought our own air freshener spray. The room wasn't very soundproof; the housekeepers were talking loudly and disturbing our rest.

Excellent location 👍 Attentive staff 😍 The room has a good refrigerator. 2 bottles of water are provided daily. I hope the hotel finds opportunities for renovation and furniture replacement in the New Year 2026.

Hotel in a very convenient location. Limited parking was available. Owners very friendly. Overall a pleasant place to stay if on a budget
