Bee Friend Hostel in Chiang Mai City

Considering the location, comfort, and especially the kindness of the owner, Dang, staying here at this price is an absolute bargain! He speaks excellent English, and I had such an interesting time chatting with him about various topics.

The room also has a balcony, and watching the evening rain showers from there made me fall even more in love with Chiang Mai.

The café downstairs is open until 5 PM, and their smoothie bowls are an absolute must try, truly delicious!

We loved our stay here! We were very well taken care of by the owner, Dang, and his family. The rooms were comfortable and the location is perfect. Plus you don’t have to go anywhere for breakfast except downstairs! Their team makes delicious morning smoothies, eggs, and warm + buttery croissants just to name a few of our favorites on the menu.
Dang can help you with anything you need and he’ll do it with a smile. A great stay for us, 10/10 would come back!

An excellent place to stay!!!! The owner is so kind and welcoming. He helped us plan a food tour and was very quick to respond when I messaged him with questions. Our room was clean it's also close to some great night markets. I definitely recommend to anyone staying in Chiang Mai☺️

The owner Dang is very kind and he always make sure that I’m having good time with my stay there🙏He even arranged my day tours and airport transfers and gave me lots of recommendations:) The location was perfect for me, its near by night bazaars which is open throughout the week, definitely would stay again!

We LOVED our stay here. Dang is a fantastic host, always ready with a smile or a great suggestion for activities (which he will happily help you book!). The location is perfect and super walkable without being noisy. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood and sitting on the porch at night watching the city start to buzz. Bonus: there’s a great cafe downstairs with some of the best acai bowls I’ve ever had, and I’d wager a guess the rest of the food is just as delicious. We can’t wait to come back!

Great hostel! the owner (Dang) is super nice and helped us with everything we needed - he even offered to help us book the activities we wanted and it was super helpful. The room is comfortable, except we had a room with no window.

We had such an amazing stay at Bee Friend Hostel. Really good value, great location, clean and comfortable rooms (the beds are some of the comfiest we’ve slept in Thailand). And the staff are so friendly and helpful, Dang and the team go out of the way to help you organise tours and have the best time in Chang Mai.

Exactly as it says, Bee Friend Hostel. You really feel as if you've made friends here with such lovely and accommodating hosts. A hostel, basic but clean, excellent location for the night markets. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
