Nice hotel. No lift and a heap of stairs if you have bad knees like me🤦♂️.
Friendly staff. Easy walk to walking street on Saturday evening and nice restaurants

I spent one full week in this city and hotel and feel very sad to leave... hotel is nice, people so lovely and helpful and location is great

Staff very kind but the hotel is awful, room not clean, bathroom dirty, very impersonal hotel, buildings around have metal rooftops so when it's raining it makes a huge noise ! Without possibility of taking breakfast, the environment around is not beautiful like industrial zone. You can find better!

What you see in the website is what you will get in actual. Small 3-stars hotel but the service rendered is above 3-stars. Quietly tucked in the southerly Old City, the building is kinda special: tall and narrow. Staff speak good English. Snacks are given but no breakfast is provided. I really like the room. Big and comfy!

The room was simple but very comfortable! Nice declaration. Clean. We got the room with the big window with the view of Chiang Mai. Great shower and design. I loved everything there. The shower gel they offered was amazing. I will decently will come back when go to Chiang Mai.

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
Very tasty croissant with egg and club Sandwich.
I'm not a big fan of this type American pancake, I prefer European thin one, co except this position everything was super delicious. Thai tea and cappuccino as well.

Super yummy breakfasts, we got pancakes which were really good, and the scrambled eggs which came with yummy potatoes and fresh fruit. Super generous for the price! Good coffee too.

Great place for morning breakfast serving American breakfast, omelets, and pancakes. Good coffee as well set in a wooden house with many interesting antiques and memorabilia.

The Coffee is really good. Thai tea ist avrage and small size for that price.
The Coffee Shop itself is nice and the interior with lots of antique stuff (Like old TVs, old Gas Pump etc....)
They also have a Pool inside and a second Floor

Very nice place, really quite but peaceful. I came here for brunch while wandering around town. Found this little gem for Sunday morning. The food is great I got Pad Thai shrimp for 89bath.

Outstanding...great location (get bottom floor room if you can). Its peaceful, its clean, very friendly and a great location....really love this town, Gord hotel is very close to everything you need, will def be back, ty to the staff, especially the nice guy who is from the Cambodia border area

We walked through this little local street and saw GORD, a very charming hotel with character, like a hidden oasis in a very hot day. So we stopped for lunch. Love the oasis atmosphere, so relaxing. Staff was well trained, so welcoming and friendly. We order three dishes: Ginger chicken with rice was very well crafted, the juicy and tender chicken meat and homemade ginger sauce was so savoury favor; Vermicelli minced pork kra-pao was a must if you look for the local spice; And not to miss tasty and crispy outside and tender on the inside chicken wings.
We will definitely try the hotel next time. 👍❤️

Absolutely loved my stay here at this hotel. The service was amazing. One morning I had an early pick up for a tour they, made me a sandwich to go. So unexpected and so sweet. They were very helpful with locations and recommending various activities. Would stay here again. Central location as well, so lots of options with food, Sunday market etc.

Great hotel for the price. The owners/front desk employees are so helpful and kind. Ideally located near night markets, temples and nightlife activities, but still very quiet at night. Clean, spacious rooms with basic amenities. Didn't get the opportunity to eat breakfast or at the onsite restaurant, but the outside areas are nice and relaxing.
