Room is clean
Breakfast is delicious.
Staffs are helpful.
I had a fall in the hotel and they were fast to response and reached out.
Cats are beautiful and can see that the Staffs care for them alot.

A well-located hostel right in the heart of the city. It’s exceptionally clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. A thoughtful touch is the availability of water, tea, coffee, and fruits throughout the day. Bike rentals are also conveniently available at the entrance.

The room felt slightly claustrophobic despite booking the pool access option—better lighting might help improve the atmosphere. Additionally, the indoor pool’s proximity to the dining area can feel a bit awkward.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

At a very convenient location with friendly staff. Quiet surroundings. Breakfast is good with varieties. If you want to stay close to old city of Chiang Mai then this hotel is highly recommended.

Convenient location to the old city & Saturday & Sunday walking street markets.
Indoor pool is nice to cool down.
We booked one of the two level duplex rooms on the 3rd floor which have a nice district view and large picture windows. The bedroom is on the upper messanine level. Very Small living area with 2 x chairs & no dining area but adequate.
There was a harmon kardon blue tooth sound system which we were able to link up Spotify to play our favourite tunes.
The air conditioning worked well & there were electric operating curtains.
Breakfast was adequate and is a self service style and had a reasonable selection with a self serve coffee machine and a long communal table to sit at or seperate tables near the indoor pool. The Hotel is quite modern and is in a quiet laneway, walking distance to the old city.
Can recommend this hotel for couples.

All staffs are readily to help and very friendly to talk with. Might be quite dark when going back during night time, but here is very very very safe (yes very safe) and it is surrounded by the local neighbourhood, so it is quiet during the night.
They provide free mineral water too, and their breakfast is tasty. Definitely a nice hotel to visit second time for your trip.
