The hotel service, especially for Chinese guests, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I originally only booked one night as a trial, but the hotel's location, ambiance, and the staff's warm service made me extend my stay for another four days.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the hotel was incredibly quiet at night. Even though it's in the heart of the old town, there was no noise at all.

Location amazing middle of the old city in chiang mai. Very quiet at night. Close to most of the attention and also the Sunday night market is just next to the hotel. Totally worth it with the price. Stayed here for 5 night.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean and user friendly. They have the pool but the bench is not many, only two. I will definitely return and recommend to everyone.

The hotel is right in the old town, which makes getting around super convenient. Plus, there's a balcony where you can smoke.

Traveling as a family of three, the room was quite spacious. Every staff member was incredibly helpful. The hotel's location in the heart of the old town is extremely convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time and recommend it to everyone!

The hotel was ok, the swimming pool is always on the shade and the water is very cold. Actually they don't have sunbeds or even space to stay there.
The room was quite small but still good, I appreciated the balcony.

Momo Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Chiang Mai, with the Sunday Walking Street Market right at its doorstep. Major attractions like Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Phra Singh, and Tha Phae Gate are just a short walk away, along with plenty of cafés and delicious local food options nearby. The front desk staff are warm and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for food and night markets. Room is well-designed, equipped with all essentials for a comfortable stay. A thoughtful detail is the umbrella provided, which is especially useful during the rainy season.
