The hotel is located in an alley near Wualai Road, making it easy to get around on foot. There are only 3 parking spaces available, so parking on the side of the road is dangerous. The rooms are quite clean, have a classic feel, and are spacious. I was impressed.

Stayed for 3 nights and very satisfied. Quiet location but easy walk to Old Town area. Lovely large room, large bed firm but comfortable, air conditioning worked well, bathroom fine with good space to spread out bits and pieces. Daily water and room cleaning was super prompt. Pool a welcome relief after a long day out but definitely needs a few more sun lounges, two are not enough for the whole hotel.
Overall would recommend to anyone happy for a short walk into town.

It's easily accessible from Chiang Mai Gate, and there are many affordable and delicious restaurants nearby. The pool is a little small, but on the flip side, it's often only used by one group, so you can have it all to yourself when no one else is using it. The room is spacious, and the desk is large, making it very convenient for those who like to write. I read a review that said the bed was hard, and I certainly found it a little hard.

Confort doesn't have to come at a high cost. Spacious rooms, good AC, good pool, good location, good shower and very kind staff. Also the scooter we rented was brand new. Will come back for sure.

I like this hotel, the rooms are large and comfortable, the common areas are pleasant and clean, and the staff were friendly. The location is nice, a quiet area 5-10 min walk to old town gate with shops, restaurants etc within 1-2 min walk.
My shower was not very easy to work and the pressure wasn’t very good, but it served. I wish the bathroom did not have a grill in it with the public corridor on the other side because I prefer greater privacy in the bathroom, and I to use my speaker while showering.

Cozy hotel within walking distance to the Old Town. Quiet, very clean, free drinking water, you can leave your luggage after check-out. The trip from the airport took 8-10 minutes.

Lanna-style hotel, the decoration is very special, but the equipment in the room needs to be improved, especially when taking a shower, the water will flood the whole bathroom. The light bulbs in the room and bathroom are a bit broken, but fortunately, it was immediately fixed after I told the front desk, but it would be better if it was checked and improved before the guests checked in.
