Tucked away in a small alley, the room was a bit dim with a small window, and the outdoor air conditioning unit was quite noisy. However, the front desk lobby was spacious and perfect for a quick rest while waiting. It had a pleasant, fragrant smell.

This hotel is very affordable and offers great value for money. The location is convenient, right near Thapae Gate. However, you do have to walk about 200 meters down a small alley to get there. The rooms are quite spacious and fully equipped. The only downside is that there's no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

The mattress was incredibly firm--if you prefer soft mattresses, don't stay here. The room was also not ver soundproof: I was woken up by loud guests in the hallway.

Location was near to sunday night market. No lift, please expect to climb stairs and carry your own lugages. No staff is available to help.

Kettle was provided without cups or glasses.
Insufficient power point to charge our electronic devices. Have to remove the lamp power socket to charge our phone.

Bidet leaking causing the toilet to be all wet. We asked the staff, but the staff claimed that it’s because we have showered despite we have just arrived and haven’t even had time to shower yet.

Services could be improved though its a budget hotel, but it is very disappointing.

Located 2 minutes from thaepae gate, bed are way too hard and firm, but service from counter are top notch. Especially the women in the morning shift, always greet with smile, with this pricing nothing to complaint. Clean bed room, strong wifi just bed are too firm and hard

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable; it was quiet, clean, and spacious. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided daily, and the front desk staff were friendly. The location is excellent, right next to Tha Phae Gate. However, there's no elevator, and disposable toothbrushes are not provided.

Good location. Only one guy working there was really friendly- the others not so much. No biggie. He arranged for a scooter rental- they showed up right away with a scooter- a very easy process. Near lots of restaurants and bars. We stayed 4 nights and only asked for the room to be cleaned one time but they did not do it- they came in and just left water bottles and emptied trash and thats it. No clean towels. Didn't clean the bathroom and didn't make the beds. Weird. Also they tried to charge for an extra night but luckily I had the receipt that showed I paid... so keep your receipt!

The restaurant serves up some really delicious Thai food. Prices are alright. Portions are generous. Wouldn't mind eating here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean rooms. Only issue was the shower head was kind of broken and shot very thin light streams. They helped me book a tour to the highest peak and waterfalls. Great location too.

Very clean, well positioned guesthouse down a small lane (so it's quiet at night, very important for a light sleeper like me). Family run by helpful staff with a good restaurant and bar.
