Hotel is worst experience to my family.
1. No room cleaning service - I stayed 3night. No service for cleaning room.
2. Water - Water is not sealed. If anyone stay this hotel, water must be purchased from store.
3. Very noise : If someone is drinking at night, all sound can make noise in your room.. I could not slept until 23:00PM.
4. No service - If you need toilet paper or towel, you should ask them everyday.
* At night, you can not walk the around this hotel. There is too dark and nobody is in there. So, if you are alone or have a family, I do not recommend this hotel.
I would like to cancel this hotel after staying one night and could not slept well. But, hotel was rejected.

This hotel is incredibly clean, with excellent service. It has a small pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The shower has separate wet and dry areas, and the water temperature is consistent. The loft also has air conditioning and a hairdryer. I especially loved the large concrete countertop, which offers plenty of storage and outlets. The bed on the first floor is incredibly large, sleeping three comfortably and comfortably. It's perfect for bringing children, and there are plenty of pillows and cushions. The main bed on the first floor has four pillows and two small cushions, while the upstairs bed has two pillows and two small cushions.
Cons: Because the loft is made of wood, it can be a bit noisy, with pigeons occasionally knocking on the windows. Located in an alley, it's not particularly convenient. A 7-Eleven is about five minutes away, but taxis are easily accessible. It's not far from JJ Market, and there's a popular Big Big buffet nearby.
Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely go back.

This small hotel has a limited number of rooms, so the guests are relatively simple. It is located in an alley, which is quiet in the bustling city! The room is spacious and feels very much like home, without too many rules! I originally booked for three days, but then I added ten more days.

Facilities: There is only a small swimming pool and the entire hotel has only a few rooms.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Quiet and prosperous, not far from the commercial district, quiet and comfortable.

The Wishes hotel is a lovely little hotel where you can sit by the little swimming pool and relax surrounded by little green trees. It's nice and quiet. It's got a place where you can have your breakfast in the morning. What really made it for me was the hotel staff willing to drive us to anywhere we were interested in going. Lots of leaflets in the foyer with information about places. I am new to Chiang Mai and The Wishes Hotel was the ideal place for us to stay. We found the hotel on the internet and I would be happy to stay there again.

Owner is a couple, they were friendly and took care of us well. Location is great. They also have an airport pickup service for 200 thb. So if you don't want to worry about how to get there when you just arrive, it's great. Otherwise, you can use Grab or Bolt app to take you there, it's around 80-120 thb.

The staff are warm and kind. We enjoyed a very spacious room and a delightful swimming pool. Breakfast is huge and the atmosphere is chilled. Location is perfect, too. Near the city centre, without being in the center. Don't hesitate, book this hotel.

It was a very comfortable and new small inn. The down side is always no one around in the place. We arrived around 8:45pm to check in but no one around or a message what number to contact. The is a number inside the office but not written anything. So I just tried to call and someone came to me. I booked a twin room but he gave us a queen room with a smaller blanket compare in the booking pictures so we requested for a twin room. I also requested for 4 pillows but they didn't read my message in the booking. Then I have to request on the spot. We extend for the second night since they gave us everything we wanted. One and onlly staff there cannot understand simple English made thing ever harder. On the second day same thing happen no one around. Very nice of them replenish 2 bottles of drinking water but no toilet roll which we didn't have enough. Also they didnt give us the wifi password when we cheched in on the first day. Overall nice but not very nice stay 😅. Owner please improve all these little thing and your place will become better.

We loved our stay here! It felt like a small family hotel and the staff was very friendly. The hotel and room were very clean and cosy. The owner also gave us great tips and even dropped us off at a temple we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!
