I booked this hotel with high expectations due to good consistent reviews online but unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience. Customer service is a bit unfriendly and breakfast is very limited and basic. Cleanliness is also another aspect that could be improved.
However the location is convenient and close to the old town.

Really beautiful place to stay and warm staff especially Manpracha who was very friendly. Rooms are spacious, great shower, great pool and the breakfast was amazing too (they accomodated gluten free too). Location right near the old city and markets. Recommended!

We just checked in today for 3 pax for this whole week.Room is big and floors and bathroom is clean.
Biggest setback is there's no cupboard for us to hang clothes,no hangers or hooks for towels,no hand towels.Bathroom door handle was broken.TV was not working at all.There was no hairdryer in room.Had to get one from reception.
There are just a few minor things that needed up keeping.
Pillows on chairs have stains on it.
We are on the 3 floor and I really hope the hotel will do something about it since the reviews was why we booked.
A little disappointed though.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. The rooms were really comfortable and extremely clean. The location was also excellent.

The staff were so helpful! I left an item behind and they kindly posted it to me, they really went out of their way.

It was a lovely place with a good breakfast, but there were a few drawbacks: there was no liquid soap provided, and the shampoo and shower gel were unlabeled. We only received one large towel, and there was no hairdryer available. Additionally, I think the swimming pool hours could be extended to at least 10 PM.

They take your money dont care about the customers they took £192 pound of my card and wouldn't refund it after I had an emergency operation on my eye although I changed it for a later date and sent a medical certificate from doctors and the room was booked straight away so they never lost out AVOID

Affordable, friendly staff, convenient location near old city, cozy large room, very small swimming pool, delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

MhonSa Hotel is a very nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff and cute interior. We got a complimentary water gun to celebrate Songkran and when we checked in, we were told that if we needed to leave the hotel before the breakfast time starts, we could tell them the night before and we’d get a breakfast box. As many excursions in Chiang Mai start at 7AM, we very happily made use of this offer several times. The location of the hotel is also very good, walking distance to the restaurants and market around. I can happily recommend this hotel to others.
