KM Hotel Chiangmai in Chiang Mai City

The incident happened last night. Our plane was delayed from our origin country 3 times. We arrived in Chiang Mai after midnight. But before that, I had a friend in Thailand call to tell them that we would arrive a little late because I saw a sign that said check-in closed at 10:30 PM. And because I had an 8-year-old child with me, I was very tired. 1. The plane was delayed 3 times. 2. We had to try to find a car from the airport to the hotel. It rained heavily last night. And I was very tired. I brought my whole family and was ready to pay for the extra bed. We arrived there at about 1 AM, I think. The door was closed. I called many times. No one answered. So I decided to let the person who took us go around looking for a hotel. In the end, there was none. I understand that it might be late. The staff might be tired. But just answer the phone and give me the key. Isn't that enough? The thing is... at 5 AM, we had to travel. My child and husband were very tired. No one sympathized with me. Who would want the plane to be delayed? At first, I planned to book again on the 17th-18th because I had previously booked for my family. It was okay. I felt very disappointed. I didn't get my money back and I didn't get to stay. 😔
