Excellent! It's very clean. I stayed for 2 days and they even cleaned the room and replenished supplies, including bottled water and fresh towels, regularly. I loved it!

I had an absolutely excellent experience at the 3Season Hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff were all wonderful people—incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.
One of the most impressive things is how accurate the pictures are; the hotel looks exactly like the photos online, which is a huge relief!
The amenities were excellent. My room featured a separate kitchen sink, a microwave, a big fridge, and a kettle, making the room feel like a well-equipped apartment. I also loved the good balcony with decent views.
Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and honest experience!

The room was clean. The reception staff greeted us every time we entered and left the hotel. The staff provided good advice, and the security guards were very helpful in directing traffic.

Everything was clean and tidy. Bread was provided for breakfast, but the bathroom had a rather strong sewer smell.

Everything is good. Will definitely use the service again. The price is reasonable because it is quite deep inside. If you have a car, it will be better. There is enough parking space. Most importantly, the staff is cute.
