Super nice, Checking in was super easy. You don’t have to talk to any employee(Incase you’re introverted and need privacy). There’s amenities provide and it’s very near nimman which is one of the landmark when you visited Chiang Mai.

The rooms are old and not clean, and there's no parking.

However, the facilities are just so-so.

I stayed two nights at PingPhu Place in November. My overall experience with it has been awesome. Price is reasonable, room is clean, and although it’s a self-check in hotel, the owner / manager has been very responsive to my request.

Nice hotel 3 minutes from Nimman. Very quiet and pleasant. Lots of wooden furniture. There were a couple of mosquitoes in the room despite the window screen

I screwed up my booking and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to clean/open up a room for me. They even upgraded me at no extra cost since they only had one room available. The rooms are clean and have all the essentials. Rooms are kept well and cleaning staff are diligent. Showers are hot. Location is excellent.
