I've been here for a month and I really enjoyed my stay here, it's very close to Dang Muay Thai gym and also to the main street of the old town (very convenient), the staff is very lovely and the place is feels comfy. The rooms are the right size in my opinion, no need for more space since I'm there just to sleep and shower in the end, the only thing that made me annoyed sometimes is the hot water, it kept turning off or it would be burning hot and no way to change it lol, but other than that it was absolutely fine, there's a coffee and tea station at the reception with everything you need for a hot cup to drink and also the swimming pool is very clean and spacious. I do recommend this place highly.
They also offer a laundry service and tours around Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai and further away with good prices.

The property offers excellent value for money in a convenient location. While the rooms are somewhat dim, this is reflected in the pricing. Nevertheless, they are very clean and all amenities function properly. Excellent internet and a good-sized pool. It's a very good choice for people on a budget.

- Location
- It's clean
- Good for remote work , the room has a table, and the lobby of the hotel too.
- Good bed
Cons:
- You don't have privacy in your room. The sound proof is non existent, you can hear everything from outside the room, and people can hear you too. There was a kid yelling and crying, for 2 days at 6 am, and for sure everybody woke up with the noise.
(1st floor, noisy).
- There's not air circulation in the room, you can not open the windows.
- The room doesn't have a wardrobe, you can not unpack, that's a big NO...
- Bad pillows, at least for me...to hard to sleep on it.

Be mindful when choosing this place, it has a pool , it has families , it can be really loud depending on the people that are staying at the hotel. Not all people know how to behave.

We stayed for a week as a family of four and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent—tucked just off the main road in the Old City, so it’s peaceful yet only a two-minute walk to the main street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic and a bit dated, but clean and comfortable, and you really can’t beat the price. Overall, a great stay and terrific value.

It’s a budget hotel thats in a good location with nice staff, it has a clean pool and a surprisingly comfy bed - walking distance of temples and stuff on West Gate Old city - has bad ratings on Booking.com which aren’t necessary to be fair .
It’s a good price off season Chiang Mai for what it is . We stayed five nights. cute cafe next door and cute kittens outside across the road. Quiet area yoi. It is Clean! As you can see by photos

The counter staff has a smile and a good service attitude. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-equipped with interior facilities. The space is large and there are pool loungers, which makes it feel like a leisurely vacation. It is good value for money.

Simple hotel in the old town of CM. Easy to walk to temples and other places in the old town. Simple room with bathroom, AC. AC was noisy at night. No breakfast served, but two good BF places right next door. Free (instant) coffee, tea, water. Has a swimming pool, which is nice for the price. Reception happy to help with tour bookings (plus a discount).

It's good to travel alone, but I found some European and American families of three also live here.
The disadvantage is that the pillows are not convenient

The hotel is dirty and old. The topper was full of yellow and brown stains. The pillows were moldy and the sheets were torn. We asked for a change of topper and after laughing among themselves what they did was remove it. The sheets were itchy and the towels stank. The bathroom is soaked because it is all together, and the shower points where it shouldn't. I'm not a hotel person, but this one is completely unhygienic.

DO NOT STAY! We were at the Nanya hotel for one night and covered in bed bug bites - atleast 20 each. Whilst the facilities appeared satisfactory, being woken at 5am being bitten multiple times was NOT enjoyable

Great little boutique that made our stay really pleasant. They helped us arrange our tours and with taxi service. The breakfast has always been nice, and they prepare a box for us if we ask. I’m grateful for such nice accommodations. Enjoyed our short stay here that we even added another night.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. And have nothing to complain about.
Cleaning was every day, breakfasts were “same same” but good)
It may be noisy as there is a road nearby.
Kindergarten starts around 8. For those who like to sleep longer it may be a minus, because kids are loud )

Extremely noisy, poor cleanlyness and hardest bed ever. Had booked and pre paid for 3 nighys and checked after the first one, to move to another hotel. The staff is friendly, i must say the only positive thing i can tell.

Very friendly staff that speak English very well. Rooms are clean and modern. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as long as you're ok walking a few flights of stairs.

Me and my brother stayed here for 4 nights. During our travels we haven't spent this many nights in one place, but this was the perfect place to do so. Room was big modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and a special shout-out to the girl in the reception who was very helpful.
