I do not recommend it to parents with children! The animators (as well as most of the staff) do not understand simple sentences in English/German. In the mini club, the animators do not offer games to children if they do not speak Russian/Turkish. Booked holiday package with TUI - found out upon arrival that the hotel was catered solely for German guests despite being no mention of that on the TUI website. It has been great for me to stay here. I stayed for just one night for the type of all-inclusive. I also enjoyed inner swimming pool and Turkish hamam(bath). The food was wonderful and I also had coffee, beer, red wine at the lobby bar. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel.

This was a good hotel.  However, it wasn't perfect. Firstly upon arrival at 1am, they put our family of 4 in a double room. Reception tried to charge us 1100 euros to upgrade to a bigger room.  I do not believe we were provided with the room we paid for.
