I booked a 4-day stay through Enuygun.com. The hotel was a complete disaster upon arrival. The taps didn't run properly and were rusty. Even the soap dispensers were rusty. The towels were dirty, and the room was tiny. They didn't even bother to fix the elevator. Also, in the evening, the hotel entrance reeked of cigarette smoke; apparently, the restrictions don't mean anything here. I contacted Enuygun and the hotel to cancel. Initially, the hotel agreed to cancel, but later they said they would never accept it. This is unacceptable treatment.

They are excellent in terms of hygiene and service; they helped me with everything. The reception was very attentive, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was very good. You can choose them with peace of mind.

The air conditioning is turned off, you get cold, the heater isn't warm enough, the elevator isn't working. Breakfast is mediocre.

I did not stay in this hotel, but its location is quite good, in addition to the sea and city view of Aliağa, the reflection of the lights of Tüpraş, especially at night, to the sea provides a perfect view. . We stayed 2 days. In general, we left satisfied. The breakfast could have been slightly below average, with fresher and hotter varieties. We did not hear any sound from right or left, but when we closed the balcony, there was no disturbing sound from outside. We also loved the layout. Employees concerned
