Vesta Fuar Hotel in Izmir

Actually not even one star....its super dirty and the whole hotel smells like cigarettes, avoid this place

Where can I start.... IT was an internet booking, When first arrived I thought I was at the wrong address. I didn't want to get out of the car. Arrived at the reception the gentlemen there were very friendly and warm. So because the receptionists were nice, we decided to give the hotel a go. They took us to our reserved rooms when I saw the rooms I was ready to grab my bags and run! Small, dark, most depressing rooms I've ever seen in my life. I ran down to the reception and said no way I was staying in those rooms! So they showed us another room at a different level, that was more acceptable than the first 2 two rooms, so we decided to stay just because receptionists were doing everything in their power to make us happy. Breakfast was very poor, tables have greasy leather covers on them, when asked to remove them we were given rudest attitude from the kitchen staff,very poor breakfast choices.. it's not a joke! Rude as can be...if you go to breakfastafter 8 you'll find empty serving plates! :(( The only good thing about this hotel is the receptionists. The rest not even 1 star unfortunately! Linen was smelling of cigarettes and body odour! We asked for them to be changed which was done promptly, thanks to the receptionists. For the money they are charging I'd say go somewhere else save yourself the disappointment and the upsets! 3 very disappointed overseas customers....never again!! If you're female or family it's not for you! It seems like it's only suitable for truckies!
