I had a fantastic 2 days stay at this cave hotel with my family. Very helpful management and staff.Great sunrise view from their terrace. They had nice rooftop breakfast place where they served delightful local Turkish breakfast spread…perfect view to watch the balloons pass by. We had a very comfortable stay here.Topnotch all around! Very unique experience overall.

This is not 5 star hotel.
Very bad breakfast
Very bad washrooms (black mould , no exhaust fans, locks broken)
Very bad rooms, table was broken, broken tiles everywhere.
No proper ventilation in the rooms.
Very bad breakfast, expired cheese and Very few options.
Book another hotel, this is not 5 star hotel.

Disappointed with the service recieved at this hotel. Whilst the rooms are large, they are basic. No Air Con - just a small fan to keep you cool. Breakfast is the same each day.
What I didn't like was the hotel staff was scamming me on the tour price which disappointing. When I challenged about being overcharged on my card, they told me they would action a refund. 4 weeks later, no refund has been given despite me chasing.
I would recommend NOT booking any tours with the hotel as the same tours are offered by tour stores down the road for €15-€20 cheaper which I found out about later (these are based on the same road as Burger King/Coffee Shop - 5 mins walk from hotel). No additional benefit booking at the hotel as initially they weren't even going to give me a reciept until I made them.

Large room and family friendly and staff is friendly. Near the town centre in a quieter area. Breakfast was very and staff there were nice and friendly especially mahmut and Bahar. The only thing there is no AC in the rooms and the breakfast schedule ends at 10 am, but again the staff were lovely and accomodating

They do not have an elevator, their bell boy is always on leave. They made everyone carry their suitcases both at the time of check in and check out. The breakfast was cold and the spread was so average. They have good hotel rooms and that is it.

A very nice quiet and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. A nice view of the balloons passing by overhead while you have breakfast on the terrace. We enjoyed our stay here.

My friend and I had such a lovely stay here! We stayed at a couple of different hotels in Gorem and this was our favorite. The location is perfect, the staff is exceptional and their terrace (with pillows and fruit set up) has a beautiful view of the balloons to take photos at. The breakfast was also our favorite with a mix of Turkish and Western breakfast items and a slew of sweet/savory items to choose from. The rooms were so cute and made with such detail that makes a difference...we took so many photos and would stay here if we ever come back!

Great stay! Great rooms great location lovely staff very attentive breakfast staff with a tasty breakfast that was all inclusive no extra fees for drinks etc. Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was good as in the centre of all activity start points we were always the last ones to be collected and the first to drop home. Added bonus wake up at 5:30 to see the hot air balloons from the terrace

I highly recommend Alia Cave hotel, the rooms are beautiful, the location is very good - closed to the city center and to some local attractions, just in the balloons way - beautiful view from the terrace and, on top of this, the manager and his employees are amazing people - they managed to save a little kitten that fell deep into a ventilation hole. Even if it seemed to be mission impossible due to all the corners and depth, they worked to get him out using all means necessary. I was deeply impressed by their gesture and dedication, things like this define us as human beens. Thank you for saving the little soul.

The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. Make sure you get the breakfast which comes with a variety of different dishes and drinks as well as generous portions. However, the room wasn't that clean due to the material used for the walls and ceilings. They crumble and you will find its residues on the floor, bed etc. The daily room service didn't clean it as well which I expect for the price and rating of this hotel.
